    did this once with band, and OOOOOOHHHH WOOWWW i nearly couldnt walk for a day and I already saw results!!!! DO IT NOW!!!!

    don't be fooled by her elegance. This workout is terribly harsh, I did it without a rubber band and almost died.

    I will write the results of training in a day. I'm sure I won't be able to walk tomorrow.

    The only bad thing about this workout is that I couldnt understand how challenging it was till the 2nd exercise. I think you should indicate the level of the workouts in the name of the video. ❤

      One way to make just about any of the workouts, even the easiest ones, more advanced is to incorporate ankle weights and increase the amount of weight as you get stronger!
      She's obviously using a hip band here, but I tend to prefer ankle weights because that way you know exactly how much weight your doing and there's more options for increasing resistance....
      Sometimes, though, If I'm feeling extra "extra", I might even use (light) ankle weights WITH the band! That combo will make ANYTHING feel "advanced"..... lol

    I’ve been doing this work out for 4 days. I still dont understand what are the inner thigh pulses/hold is supposed to do? Because i dont feel anything when i do that.. Could someone please explain?❤

      You really have to squeeze and stretch your leg & maybe you can try ankle weights 😊I use 1 kg on each ankle and it burns like hell! Good luck💪🏼
