One way to make just about any of the workouts, even the easiest ones, more advanced is to incorporate ankle weights and increase the amount of weight as you get stronger! She's obviously using a hip band here, but I tend to prefer ankle weights because that way you know exactly how much weight your doing and there's more options for increasing resistance.... Sometimes, though, If I'm feeling extra "extra", I might even use (light) ankle weights WITH the band! That combo will make ANYTHING feel "advanced"..... lol

You really have to squeeze and stretch your leg & maybe you can try ankle weights 😊I use 1 kg on each ankle and it burns like hell! Good luck💪🏼
