If i had to guess, chassis 1 is a factory truck, it's got everyones name on it and it sits in the plant. Chassis 2 is elons. Chassis 3 is cheif engineer. That's kind of typical. When we did the H2, chassis 1 was a factory truck, 2 blew up an engine and ended up getting crash tested, 3 was rick wagoners. Two of the very low vins went to arnold schwarzenegger.
for AWD vehicles, panel gaps should be wide. that way, when truck is off-road & flexing, the panels won't touch each other. a bad panel gap for an AWD truck, is when the gap is not uniform. for example, if a gap goes from narrow to wide, that would be bad.
No, that's Teslas quality control or lack of. Don't know what vehicles you offroad in, but panel gaps aren't supposed to flex. Maybe that's a Tesla thing

I like the final scaled down version a lot more than the initial size. I also really like the idea of chassis spotting on those as well.
Wheels and tires should have been slightly bigger simply for looks and proportions. Other than that, it's pretty cool looking
