Make sure you idle your truck, and release trailer brake. Idle truck with trailer brake released for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, with trailer brake still released, push in the pin button. It should help. If it dont help, check for air leaks on trailer. This system stops working imediatelly once you have air leak

Since your spring is already broken, remove the Pin/Bolt shown on 1:37 on my video, take a hammer, and hammer this pin OUT of the slot (In my video 1:41 on right side over the marked red area), so it would fly out on the ground. Once you will be installing new pin, you have to put it back same way, and install this holding pin shown on 1:37. I hope it will help.
Hello. If the release valve itself is leaking, make sure your air pressure stays above 100psi (with TRAILER BRAKES RELEASED). If air pressure is higher than 100psi, need to replace the valve in any shop. Most of the shops can do it, and price for this job is around 150-200$.

Having same problem, because air pressure low the pin not going in, but trailer gauge and air bags show pressure is ok, how can I fix it?

Spray the pins with slide lunricant in and around the pin holes. Also hav e arubber mallet to tap them in in case they stick in the whole.
