Too bad my the company I work for won't allow to pay drivers to change it out. It is easy to replace. Having been an owner operator in the past just triggers me to change it out, but due to insurance purposes and company needing a receipt from an approved repair shop for tax write offs. They won't let me.

You can do it on your own. Nobody needs to know. Just get reimbursed for the part like you would for a light bulb or cat scale 😊
