- Junkyard days are always so exciting! We found a handful of cool cars within the 3 junkyards we visited. But its still sad to see someones project car abandoned.. Hopefully they can live on through other peoples projects!

That Plymouth was a hatch from the 80s. Looks like someone is seriously restoring one with the roof and rear cut off! Kudos to their passion.
Plymouth Horizon. It was also sold as a Dodge Omni. That was the smallest of the K Cars from the 1980's.

to see junkyard always makes me sad to see how many good and lot of times iconic cars just get thrown away as trash.
They aren't thrown away.. they're going to a good spot that can help other people keep their vehicles on the road
That Chrysler Town And Country was absolutely incredible. I genuinely adore beat up cars like that.
The orange injen washer fluid container on that rsx came with the injen cold air intake kit because the oem container was too big for the filter.
I always enjoy going to the junkyard with my dad lol we would get excited finding truck with all the parts we needed. Also the amazing cars that you find in junkyard and I always think more that’s likely got thrown away because of something very small and stupid.
I have a picture of this Eclipse I used to see running around my area. I remember the car well. It was Pink with amazing body work and white interior. I'm a job coach and I have client that works at a junk yard. We went in the yard one day and there it was. She was a shell of her former self. But it was her. Same molded body kit. But someone added paste on hood scoops and crappy graphics. I brought the picture of it from 20 years ago. Small world

4:39 LHD Mitsubishi Delica in case anyone was wondering.
Don't know if anyone said in here yet, but the scarce remains of a Plymouth you found in Yard #2 was a Plymouth Horizon which was also a Dodge Omni. They were budget hatchbacks that were (according to Wikipedia) the first Chrysler produced front wheel drive, and the first front wheel drive economy car in the U.S. at their introduction in 1978.
Very curious as to what exactly happened to that one though!!

5:39 It's because the Injen filter sits really low in the bumper so you need to relocate the OEM washer bottle. Also prone to sucking up water from puddles because of where they sit

That van that you said would be a cool car to roadtrip in is a Mitsubishi delica, their pretty rare and their awesome cars, their basically us legal kei vans
That eclipse trunk goes for $500 to $600 easy! Very rare part!

This is a Mitsubishi L300. My uncle had one a couple years ago, Very smooth ride and enough power to do a decent burnout😂
5:41 the Injen cold air intake for the RSX doesn't clear the OEM windshield wiper reservoir so they give you a different one

On the RSX you should have grabbed the type r door side step thing, looked mint and worth an easy $180-200 and the Injen wiper fluid thing is for the cold air intake, so it has room to fit.
Not sure how far along in the video you are, but we did grab the type r door trim 🤘🔥

That car was a plymouth horizon. The twin of the dodge omni. They were a k-car. First mas produced pan design car. All but the bodies were interchangeable with every model of k-cars. Saved dodge from disappearing.

I once went to a junk yard in 2016 and I parked my old beat up fb inside and I went looking for parts and when I came back it wasn’t there 🥲. They literally moved it on top of another car 😂. I had to find the forklift guy to take it down lmao.
