I think he went a bit overboard. Morels are deliciously divine on their own. Throw them in pan with some butter. Maybe bread some with a little bit of salt pepper and "bam" , food of the gods. I'm from Wisconsin and going morel hunting when I was younger was such a satisfying adventure. Sometimes you find nothing, other times you find a treasure trove.
P.S. if anyone wants to find morels make sure you shake them out so the spores can "hopefully" give another season of a supremely delectable treat.
