    Thanks Dr Rowe, I have episodes of back pain every 3 or 4 months. Have been lying on the floor for last 2 weeks and having trouble walking and daily life. I tried these exercises this morning and they have helped greatly. I can standup straight and walk OK. Thankyou for helping me.

    I did not even know that this joint even exist. That joint area been in pain since I was 14 years old, till now 24 years. Its nice to now that there is such treatment, where it can keep me off the pain and so I can go back to gym to gain my muscles back and lose some fats too. Thank you doctor, that helps a lot the pain just disappeared. I'm now glad to be part of your community.

      Most women who have given birth know about them.
      Next time a pregnant woman in the last months complains over lower backpain you know what it is, and imagen that belly with a child inside putting pressure on EVERYTHING in the lower back, SI+joints, discs and all tiny little muscles we have no clue that they exist before they tell us... 🙄
      Your, and everybody else who reads this, it's your job to defend pregnant women who are told "that's normal, don't whine".
      (As being from Sweden where we have a little more understanding from the government, I'll tell you how it works here:
      If you have a heavy or dangerous work you can stay at home with around 75-80% of your salary from the 60th day of the pregnacy to 11 days before as a part of the regular (payed by taxes) health insurance system. The last days automatically will be payed from another part of this system.
      As a COUPLE you'll have totally 480 DAYS off work. 390 you'll have around 75-80 % of your normally income, the other 90 days on the minimum of approx 16 USD/day.
      Of the 480 days 60 are specific for the mother, and 60 for the father, the rest can be shared as you like. In any case the father has the right to (are expected to) around 10 days off around the birth.
      This is by LAW. No employer can deny anyone to stay at home these days. No employer can fire you for using your rights.
      Sometimes it's good to be Swedish 🇸🇪😃😃😂
      But unfortunately there are no laws against SI-joint syndrom with pregnancy 😒)

      Hi Anna, first of all thank you for all the information you just wrote, and I am pretty sure that there are so many people who would definitely be interested and benefited from you. To be honest I have been searching about how the European countries systems works indepth. since I have studied international law, and to be more specific I was interested more in your country "Sweden" plus the rest of the Scandinavian countries.     Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I had been dealing with back low back pain for 5 years. This made it go away instantly! I'm sure with some stabilization exercises it will feel even better!! I had been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, tried many different options but still found myself stuck. I had days where I would sleep for 18 hours. I have been battling depression also but I know with my body healthy, I will want to get up and take on the day! God bless you!

    Thank you so much for sharing these exercises. I am actually a Stott Pilates instructor so I am even more ashamed to say I hurt my back. I finally determined it was my SI joint.     Dear Dr. Rowe, I've lived in Europe for several years, and have never found a good back doctor. Which I didn't really need until a month ago, when I picked up something the wrong way and completely messed up my sacroiliac. The pain had been awful and the chiropractor that I do have wasn't helping at all. So one night in desperation I googled the problem, and found your videos. Did several of the exercises that night and had immediate relief, and the problem is pretty much gone! It sometimes acts up (but not nearly as bad as before) after sitting too long at work, so I do your exercises at the office and that does the trick.
    I can't thank you enough!

    The instant joint pain relief exercises helped! I just did them and will now do these every night before bed and upon waking, as I tend to mess up my back during my side sleeping. I had a bad fall on ice back in 2004 that resulted in full spinal whiplash. Issues pop up ever since, sometimes just reaching for a glass at the table will trigger pain that will last anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Thank you for this video.

    Well the comment's speak for themselves don't they, I know Chiro practice is a business and been visiting once a month for months now, at 80dollars a visit! they will know that nagging discomfort in every stride, sitting in yoga 🧘‍♂️ crossed legged very painful too 😢 let themselves down by Not making you aware the simple path out of this painful nightmare... with that dull lower back pain for an hour or so each morning 🌄 your simple excices a couple times Every Week seems to have sorted me out, so once again thank you so much...

    this Doctor literally saved my life, I am after denervation operation...after 6 weeks the pain is back, I am suffering pain of many parts of my body due to boreliosis, I found out these exercises 4 days ago, 80 percent of my SI pain is gone!!!!     Yes, yes, yes. I just got myself a SI belt, been doing this kind of mishmash of exercises I found online and also just moves that seem to really help reduce the pressure in my right SI joint, and it's all working!!!!!!!!! All of these are moves I've found that do make me functional and pain-free all day long! I have to do my stretches and exercises every day though, or I get the pressure back. Is that normal for anyone else during recovery? If I miss a day it really doesn't feel good. Actually twice a day seems to be the best, but I rarely do them before bed...I should. After so many years of trying to figure out what this is, then trying to figure out how to fix it, I'm finally on the road to recovery! Thank you for this video, I really haven't been incorporating the first two and I need to. Also, dead bugs are freaking amazing for anyone that needs that core strength back!     I’ve been struggling with sleep for months because of pain. I’ve been doing the stretches and bird dogs but adding leg weights really helped. Last night I slept the best I’ve slept in months. Thanks!

    Just watching part one made my S.I. pop. Luckily I’ve been performing daily for about 15 years, the bird dog & bridge movements, among a half dozen others as part of my AM wake up routine. I have 8 separate moves for about 15 to 20 reps each that I do while my coffee is brewing. Can’t begin the day without it…as well as, the coffee.

      What if I get a nerve pain in the bridge? Same sharp sensation with the exercise where the one foot is turned inward. I'm having a pretty acute episode. Is there one of there that is best?

    So yet another yoga injury I need YT to fix🤦🏼‍♀️😂 This was amazing Dr Rowe! I felt so much better after doing the exercises. I was in pain especially when I would get up out of a chair or sit down...now it’s soo much better. Easy, successful and didn’t have to time out of my muggle-job to go get adjusted. Ur awesome!!!
