Thank you so so much! I've been searching for two years to try to find a RUclipsr that can teach me digital art. I've been so discouraged. It seemed impossible. Then I found you! You are the best! Please continue to create tutorials about EVERYTHING (especially tips and tricks for sketching). You show and tell your process in such a clear and easy way. I'm 40.years old trying to learn this new skill and you have truly blessed me!
Absolutely loved your video, learned a ton! 😄 Could you please grace us with more tutorials for Clip Studio Paint and Infinite Painter? Oh, and by the way, your beauty matches your art style flawlessly! 😍
This is probably the best and simplest way of explaining the CSP process to a beginner i've seen so far. Thank you for the easy to understand breakdown!
Thank you SO much! Please post more. These videos are amazing and I have been on the hunt for a RUclipsr to share these types of tutorials! Thanks again!
totally get that - it feels kinda overwhelming in the bgeinning right (: but like everything - if you split it in small steps you can learn in with no problems !
Thank you so so so much for this ❤️❤️❤️. I was finally able to create a digital piece "from scratch" and I was so happy I almost cried! I've really been struggling to figure it all out and you just explained everything so well and had a really supportive, encouraging energy. THANK YOU!!
I loveeee it. The way you explained, I really enjoyed watching your video. I think I am your new subscriber now😄 I am so excited to start my first sketch..Danka🙂
Im a oainter, never been much into drawing. But i wanted to try my hand at digital. I feel like ive been kinda looking at the screen for 6 months not knowing what to do lol. I found this and it helped a lot! Thank you so much I was shocked at how good my sketch turned out, those guidelines really helped me.
Thank you for the tutorial, it was fantastic. It took me a long time to complete it (lots of pausing and going back), but I'm happy with the results. I feel like you covered a lot of useful features in the app.
I recently got back into art now that I have time for it again and have been watching a lot of your videos since I'm turning to digital for the sake of (physical) space. Your videos are so helpful and informative while still being easy to follow along, and I thank you for it ❤
I just got my XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro and I'll be trying this out soon! I tried Krita and it's quite overwhelming (and I know Clip Studio Paint will be, too). I'm trying to figure out which software will be best for me on PC, but I'm most likely going to use Clip Studio Paint. I hope to find some good tutorials just for getting comfortable with the software. I think I'll try this video first 😁
Thanks so much for this tutorial, it was super helpful! 😁 I followed it and decided to make Zero Two from the anime Darling in the Franxx, I posted it in my channel as a Timelapse short if anyone is interested in seeing it.
i’m still looking forward to how we can draw perfect circles/ovals just like in sketchbook (i’ve tried it multiple times by adjusting stabilizer variously but i still don’t get it). like, you draw wobbly circles and they become perfect circles once you finished drawing them. is this possible in csp? i’m ok with it if it isn’t, but i think i’m a little too comfortable with this feature (and i’m already integrated it into my artstyle)
I think i know what you mean but it seems like it isnt implemented in csp yet. but there is a feature for creating various geometric forms. dont you like that one ?
I'm not sure if you answer this later in the tutorial, but if you need to go back to make new shadows on the skin, how do you get that color you first used back? If you colorpick the shadow area it is much darker than you started with P.S. I'm starting it with digital art and so far your videos are incredibly helpful! As others have said, you really have a talent for teaching
First, thank you ! Second, yes it’s actually tricky to get that shadow color back. Either you save it somewhere on your palette. or you could set the shadow layer to normal again then color pick and set it back to multiply. That’s what I tend to do
Question: Hi! How did you get the software to show on the tablet, and not on the MacBook Pro computer screen? I am using Clip Studio Paint, but it keeps mirroring both MacBook Pro computer screen and Xp-pen tablet screen. I would like to watch video tutorials on the computer screen while I paint on the tablet screen. Any suggestions?
Try to go to the system preferences on your mac (top left corner the apple symbol) and search for ‘displays’ and then at the arrangement tab check if the ‘mirror displays’ is unchecked. Hope it helps !
When you buy such a tablet the cables for this purposes are included, usually its something hdmi like but many have usb C already. I have a whole video about that :The ONLY tools YOU need for Digital Art ruclips.net/video/mcaL1Vramgk/видео.html
i think it was beginning of 2021, did some drawing as a child but thats when i took it serious. i started with physical drawing, got frustrated and quit. then I discovered the undo button on digital drawing tablets haha and here we are (:
@fjordwind very interesting....but what about the drawing fundamentals? Light and value, perspectives, body anatomy, landscaping.....do we need to know all this before stepping in to digital drawing?
Hi, I have a question... Just like probably many others like me, are switching from paper to digital drawing. Struggling with which iPad to get and which one still meets the security updates/performance in the specification you need to be able to draw digitally, for example, I have everything Android/Windows at home and that is why I don't know anything about Apple, I have research done and I found out that Procreate cannot be used on an Android device.. I wondered which iPad fits, because as a starting artist we all understand that you don't want to spend € 1500 on an iPad, as a € 400, - also meets the requirements or rather you are trying out whether digital drawing is something for me at all.... Does anyone have any tips?
Sorry for the late reply, apples security updated go back to about 10 years - i just sold my 2018 ipad pro for about 400€ and it will still be sufficient for beginners for about 2 years 🙂 maybe you can find a similar offer somewhere !
What an amazing tutorial, im for the first time proud of something i have created thank you so much
