Sobrang gustong gusto ko to nung nag-stay ako sa Korea for 1 year. Na-miss ko na talaga tong pagkain na to.. bukod sa bulgogi, ito ang pangalawa sa gusto ko😋 pag nagprepare na nito yung cook namin, nai-excite ako😊
I made this a few times now but I always find that water start to form in the bottom once I start eating/take off the stove. Is it suppose to be like that??
No lie... I thought I was suffering a stroke for a sec when she started switching languages. Did I lose my ability to understand english? Lol impressive linguistic skills Ara!
Hi sir. Tinry ko recipe nagenjoy sila sa pagkakabaked ko kaso lang bumagsak brown sugar po kasi ginamit ko. Pero bet na bet iperfect ko nalang ulit. Thank you sir. Sa recipe mo
I am Korean and while the clay pot is nice to have, it’s not necessary to make this egg dish. My family made this in the larger metal bowls or regular smaller pot when the clay pots were used for other dishes. (Large family). Make it with what you have…
It's taglish! People who can't speak fluently a language would do this. I do the same when I'm speaking visaya, tagalog combined with English or i switch between languages like Spanish and French. I'm not fluent in all 4 languages so i would use this same method as her. Hilarious 😁 😆
I really don't understand what language she is speaking. I know she's speaking English and korean but when she's speaking English she just add some word in there that i don't understand
Hi! Im trying to cook Korean steamed egg. Pero habang nagluluto, nakaka-experience ako ng overflowing. Nagpa-panic ako kaya't hininaan ko yung init. Yung end result is a steamed egg na hindi kasing ganda as yours po. I really dont know po bakit nagkakaroon ng overflowing. Hope you could give me advice. TY in advance po
🤣🤣🤣 some use chckn stocks when cooking that recipe - you look like a Professional Cook but you cook differently. It doesn't look good. 😅 what was that? A fried egg?
Its really called “JJIM” translated as ‘steam’ in english and theres really two kinds of cooking food in a “Jjim” process- 1) cooking food in slow heat with minimum water; and 2) the most commonly known process where in we cook using the hot evaporated steam from boiling hot water. In this case, its sort of slow cooking in low fire with min water 👍 This is the common cooking process in Korean cuisines. ❤️
She's Korean. She's making Korean food. She should be celebrated for speaking her mother tongue, the world doesn't revolve around English, nor should it! She's so skilled at switching between Korean and English.

What is patis? Is it soy sauce or fish sauce?
Fish sauce
This looks more like scrambled egg than fluffy steam eggs.
You are so beautiful and nice language 👏☺️

Hello there! Its not recommendable
I made this a few times now but I always find that water start to form in the bottom once I start eating/take off the stove. Is it suppose to be like that??
Yes! It’s supposed to make a sort of broth.
No lie... I thought I was suffering a stroke for a sec when she started switching languages. Did I lose my ability to understand english? Lol impressive linguistic skills Ara!

gusto ko po sana siya lutuin but i dont have a clay pot po.... meron pa po bang pwedeng gamitin bukod sa clay pot?
You can try to steam using a steam safe containers (not plastic, metal but oven safe glass cookwares) instead- or even microwave would do 👍
I dont like sugar in it.

I TRIED TO COOK IT AND PUT FEW CRAB MEAT AND ONION LEAKS AND USE CHICKEN KNORE CUBES HALF🤣
malambot ang texture hindi lasa
Hi chef! Do you have alternatives po for leek if the person doesn’t like it?
You can just remove the leeks :)
Use green onion

Hi there 😉 try to lessen ng konti ang volume ng egg mixture, para hindi siya mag overflow. Mag puff up talaga siya kapag naluluto
@@deliciousLeewithAra Ah ok po. How will I do that po kung sakali? Should I lessen po ba yung mixing ng eggs after I crack them open?
Yes :) try or if u have a slightly bigger pot try using it
@@deliciousLeewithAra Ok. Will do po. Thank you
Palayok lang pede na
Thank you
Wow 😇
Oh~ This is the one that I really wanted to learn~ Thank you so much!
is it okay to use a pan?
It needs a clay pot or a bowl type to make it “fluffy”

Fish sauce :)
Thanks for the tips! Kamsahamnida!
Thank u! Hope u enjoy cooking :)

It would be better if she could speak English only, more understandable
