Chris and Carol, thanks for this amazing video!👍 Two years ago, to celebrate my 75 birthday, I realised my childhood dream to make Round The World trip. I had only 2 months time for the trip and allocated 2weeks for Brazil, one in Rio, the other one in Manaus. In Manaus specifically I wanted to visit the Opera House and to spend some time in the jungle. My choice for Amazon jungle 4-day trip to organise was the same company Iguana Tourismo. When I saw your video filmed in the Juma Lake Inn, I was electrified, because you were showing places I experienced myself. Such a beautiful memory for me. I made a short comment. Now, this video! Wonderful! Had I known of the existence of these beautiful waterfalls at Lagos Azul, just 2-hours away from Manaus, I would extend my stay in Brazil.😉 Anyway, Brazil is beautiful country and I am planning to visit this country again!👍❤️ Merry Christmas.🎄from Australia🇦🇺

@@luisabcouto True. Most tourists do short trips 7-10 days in Brazil and really don't experience the country. This couple are different. They are travellers and one gets to know about the culture and interesting things to do by their participation in the many and varied experiences.
Their simplicity and authenticity is what makes the difference...no pretense, nothing fake and "touristy"; just the way it should be.

It was great that you made your new friend, Felipe, a part of the video (you don't often talk with people during your videos). Another great video and musical accompaniment (just right and super nice) that reveal to us: the sky, the water, the caves, the white sand near the waterfalls that look like beaches, the trees, the streams near the waterfalls formed nature trails, the small untamed animals, the plants and their greenery overflowing with natural life, the wind, the sounds sometimes calmer sometimes more powerful - how beautiful and wonderful the AMAZON is...!!! The television media is to blame for all the treasures and amazing places most people will never know, because they only portray shit stuff and makes people avoid theses places. When they talk about amazon they only talk about carnivorous fishs and giant snakes to scare people, even though these are completely interesting and amazing animal life. Intenert will change and end this information monopoly.
Concordo com seu comentário, a mídia só publica coisas ruins a respeito do Brasil e principalmente da amazônia pois só sabem falar em que está tudo destruido com incêndio, animais selvagens mortos, rios poluídos e índios. Impressive to see your experience!😮When we drove through the Amazon in October we just explored by car without tour. It was adventurous too but we didn’t get to see any of the old trees which must be a lot more hidden. Next time we’ll take a tour too maybe 😉 keep on exploring and take care!

I know it has been awhile, but we have not forgotten you🌞 the waterfalls were awesome and yes, that one part of the river was very insane, you would die from that one for sure. I love all the beauty if it did not have such dangerous creatures all around. This trip must be so mind blowing for you and Carol. Drone footage was excellent, the hike was insane.
