The Amazon accounts for 5% of the land area on earth. That’s crazy. It needs to be explored. Idc so much about contacting tribes, but there is so much to be learned out there. It’s fascinating

Amazon rainforest does not catch fire. This is impossible ! It is a humid forest with a high rate of CO2 in the soil. What happens is that they are showing fires from places that are not from the Amazon, but from the Pantanal, a region farther south and with defined periods of drought, which occur with easier burning. Fake news media, which helps to deceive people ... Organizations like the WWF, were caught setting fire to woods near cities to sell to the world the idea that the current government of Brazil burns the Amazon Forest to plant soybeans! All lie ! Leonardo de Caprio was duped by these WWF hoaxers, giving great cash value to these "environmentalist" thugs. World doesn't know the truth! Brazil is the country that most protects its forests and this is proven!

The fact that there is life inside the Amazon forest is already a fact for why they are not sending robots.
On Moon or Mars there is no one and nothing that can be an obstacle for exploring. In Amazon even a damn owl can take that robot off the ground and end it s mission.
And also, the terrain is full of obstacles for a small robot(vegetation, swamps, branches) and also full of obstacles for a big robot. And to build a robot that can explore such a small and not so important space for them,is very expensive and worthless. That is the answear to ur question.
The only thing they can do is to record from above with a drone or helicopter.

Sahara desert looks the way it is due to natural causes. The earth spinning on its axis causes excess heat on the region of the ashes desert, causing all plant life and water to dry up and die. In a few million years the desert will be lush again, so long as humans don't find a way to destroy the planet first.

Uium. The magnetic annomaly that has been sitting over this is on the move, its a weak point in the magnetosphere and it might be the slightly extra uv alowance in this weakened spot might be why the Amizon thrived combining this with the Amizons imense river, because this spot is moving away might cause an issue with the groth rate of this rainforrest and as well cause a quickinning in the icrease in the global oxygen levels because most of it is not escaping out of the weak point in the manetosphere, if i can recall NASA even showed a filter setting on one of there satilites proving this annomaly alows an increase of escape for gasious elements to escape into space.
The fire increase is caused due to this magnetic annomaly.
Chemistry lession: decompsure+greenhouse emisions(methane)=fire level increase.
The slightest heat increase for combustion due to lightning or simply light refraction through a water droplet hitting just right on a dry combustable will spark a fire.
Hope my mindless ramblings further into this topic was fun as well.
