UPDATE: We fixed the audio issues :)
Deep in the uncharted jungles of Peru, a silky anteater is fighting to stay awake, turtles are battling for a place in the sun and a mother hummingbird is working overtime to provide for her newly hatched chick.
The rainforest is about to enter a time of turmoil; dark clouds signify the arrival of the rainy season where storms and flash floods wreak havoc throughout the forest and its inhabitants - both furry and human. The rivers burst their banks as all creatures flee for their lives.
Over the course of millions of years, the animals of the rainforest have developed bizarre relationships and strange strategies to overcome these challenging conditions. Yet despite their ingenuity, they weren't prepared for the arrival of us - humans - who just want to destroy their living space.

I feel somewhat ignorant as it wasn't until my early twenties that I started to learn about the amazing creatures that inhabit Central & South America. I was amazed at the plant & animal diversity, the wealth of life in the Amazon is every bit as amazing as the jungles & plains of Africa. Hopefully one day I will see it with my own eyes & a greater hope is that this treasure will be here for generations to come.
