Where has the time gone man love the chops ,Dave man inspired, wonder what he would be drawing today if he was still with us ,you all are keeping the dream alive thanks brothers and sisters
I remember seeing a guy named Micah McCloskey and his chopped Indian Chief in the pages of Choppers magazine. I think the article was about Micah and some other guys who rode to Mexico. If you're the same guy, then, it's great to see and hear you. You built some fantastic motorcycles. Thanks, ChopCult. Thanks, Throttle Addiction. Best -- W
Hi Micah, Mike from Petaluma here. I LOVE your style ! I own stock Yamaha Stryker, and Kawasaki Vulcan 1500, and I'm super happy with them, and your style is AMAZING !
It's called Frisco style, as in it came from San Francisco . The high pegs clear the curbs and narrow drag bars clear the car mirrors when splitting lanes and riding like you stole it, not highway cruising.
Long story short i bought a 2012 streetglide cvo with a shit motor, it didnt make any noise when the owner started it, he wouldn't let me test ride it. When i went on a ride the following week it locked up. My good friend is a Harley Davidson dealership mechanic. He said you got 16k in this bike. Dont recommended you put it back at 110. He said s&s in his opinion is best way to go. I put a s&s 124, baker transmission, thundermax computer, vanse and hines xpipe with rinharts and race baffles along with many other parts... It is a absolute beast. I change all fluids every 2k miles. I have 40k miles on this build. Zero issues. I have been on a ride from coast to coast. still stoped in at dealership and get oil changed. I have about 30k in the bike. I did put 14 inch paul yaffe bars on it.
Great video- great bikes- great show - BUT i wanted to cut my ears off with some of those tunes man. Guess there ain't much out there available that won't cop u a copyright case.😵 Thank god for mute
It's too bad you don"t enjoy cool music like you enjoy cool bikes! Music fits! Suppose you wanna' hear that ol' wore out steppenwolf stuff, Ya or maybe some pop country is more up yer ally!!😂😂😂
Some, although not all, of these bikes are absolutely unrideable death traps, designed just to do what's seen in this video here: be taken to a show and photographed. There's nothing new about this - it's been going on since the 60s. Guy makes a crap bike and takes it to a show and gets praised for being a panel beater and welder. If someone's a skilled and trained machinist and metalwork fabricator, that's one thing. But it doesn't excuse making an absolutely awful bike (e.g. 7:28). The manufacturers always do so much better in making a usable bike. I think some of these people just need a better outlet or platform for metalworking skills than bikes. Because it's fair to say some of these bikes just suck balls.
@@megamouse4093 I’m with you, I started out with bicycles, and made them into choppers, than I got into old school choppers, and now I want my next bike raked, and stretch…
Man, SlimFab is out of this world. What an amazing talent. 😮
Great footage, that Slim's fab bike is super creative.
Diggin those old school long choppers!!! They look like the perfect design and what a chopper should look like, imo

What happen to old school California pull backs.
Real bikers wear boots common Sense isn't that common anymore
Do you ride? I’m thinking not, as if you ride a lot you’d want to be comfortable, hence that’s where tennis shoes come in to play!
I wear wtf I want. I don't need you worrying about my fkn feet for me.
Not everybody wants to be 1% dude. Lay off the SOA reruns. We ride for fun not so we can go online and tell everyone what to do…

You think the chopper fad would end after people realized what frauds OCC was and how unbelievably stupid, uncomfortable, and uncool choppers are.
We’ve loved choppers well before OCC and will continue to love choppers. I wouldn’t classify something going back 50+ years as a fad
Judging by your comments, you're just plain ignorant, but thats bliss, right.
