I had a Baxi Assure 500 on call the other day, was installed 3 weeks prior.. it was indicating a circulation fault and was quite a longwinded fault code, it was also saying deair. After bleeding the rads still no success and couldn’t get it to fire Flow and returns open, all roads were open and a brand new boiler so I assumed it hadn’t been bled post install and hadn’t been flushed, i thought it must have a blockage but was really Hard to navigate the settings on the display
