Around the 12 minute mark "BC" makes a remark about icing and being -8 degrees celsius and asked for a lower altitude.
other planes entering the area were warned about Ice.
at 17:26 SO Cal tell BC to check altimeter and then SoCal asks other Aircraft in the area to relay radio transmissions and repeated calls to "BC"
