I'm 54 and feel better than when i was 30, mainly because of what was said in this video, a goal to obtain my first 6 pack ever which has been so much fun plus breathing exercises, there is a low emphasis on conscious breathing..Pranayama and Bhastrika breathing rocks!!

My diet is pretty much perfect but I still haven't healed 100% so after watching this I think it comes down to not enough sleep. Went to bed an hour earlier after watching this so thank you :)

What do I like about your channel that you find all these extraordinary people who have so much experience, share this priceless information, why I never see people like this on my local TV?? Useless commercials instead!

Dr Rangan Chatterjee is very impressive. I thought it was all about food but then concentrated on sleep. I fast 16 hours a day and find that very say and doable. This has reminded me to look at sleep again but also the daylight thing was new to me. Why does no one ever talk about alcohol. Such a big part of life and one that definitely affects my health.

I find self-sabotage--doing things we know do not serve us for the 'comfort' of it, fascinating, and the biggest hurtle on my own personal path of overcoming my own limiting beliefs and actions.

Got a lot of value from this. I like, in particular, the 'Keep It Simple' approach. Very do-able.

I'm glad to see modern medicine moving away from the 'popping pills' culture to a wholistic, wider, more in-tune, less keyhole-visioned approach to healthcare. We're realising now that commercialisation of healthcare was for profiteering & they deliberately wanted to keep us 'sick, but alive' which lead us to being the 'chronic medication' generation, of mostly just pain management n not actual healing. Not to mention the entire approach came from a very shallow understanding of human health in the first place. I'm glad we're opening our eyes to see how we can be, n stay, healthy simply by having the right food n lifestyles. Thank you Tom & Dr. Chatterjee for this video.

What a great Health Theory episode! So many people I talk with about health asking how I do it always get taken aback when I say I workout 3 times a week for 1 hour each. Also, they see how much I eat and that makes them "hate" me more. I always come back and tell them stress and sleep is my secret and they don't believe it. I wish it was easier to get people to understand that your life, stress, and sleep are just as important for a great body and fulfilled life.

Interesting to see he is stumbling into the holistic way of medicine as prescribed by Ayurvedic medicine methods which this guy's ethnic ancestors created and practiced over 1000s or years ago !

I agree with this 100%...eat whole foods, drink water, get good sleep, manage stress, fast a bit and be active. Thats what I do and it works great.
