    Got two of your books, and they are helping me a lot. Listening to you today, reminded me to reread your books again. They are now one of my go to books. Soon as I finished reading the current books I am reading , I shall purchase your new book. Thank God who art in heaven, there are exceptionally talented and caring Doctors like you who willingly share your wisdom for free so people like me can watch and make informed decisions about our well being.     Breath exercises as described can have amazing effect of slowing mind and calming body potential without the altering effect of meds, so you can still operate a car afterwards. And they are not patentable.
