    Thanks for the useful video. I’ve been trying (box) breathing successfully and journaling unsuccessfully, but can see where I’ve been going wrong. I think I’ve really been keeping a diary I.e. “I went to the cafe for lunch and ate xxx with yyy, etc”, so will now try the 5 question approach instead.

    The problem is the stress and overstimulated causes me to not sleep very long as soon I wake I start winding up and stressing ,anxious about the day as u mentioned and I snowball and struggle to manage especially as I get older as a head chef.i have tried journal ,but I feel I just enter flight and fight mode as soon as I wake .my mental health cause of change of job has crippled me.thanks for the insight ,I definitely need to address my breathing. Thank you
