Great video. I appreciate have pictures of the cards along with a explanation of its purpose. However, you have listed 102 cards in the video. Revenge of Ravens and Manalith are not in the Tapped Out decklist.
Woops, very "Sharp" of you... jk! Sorry about that Brian, I didn't even realize. They must have been last minute swaps for me that I didn't notice/remember to take out of the presentation. This video was from when I was still relatively new to creating videos so hopefully my newer stuff doesn't have any of these blips. Best of luck gaming and happy brewing!
@@BudgetCommander1 I tweaked your list and dropped the CMC a little. What do you think? deckstats.net/decks/129001/1795677-upgrades-to-41-ayara-deck?lng=en
@@briansharp6610 Woah! I didn't know deck stats could do that... Showing which cards you swapped and you could even say why, that is so cool! Looks really solid. Feed the Swarm is a color pie break that should be in basically every black deck not running white or green. The only card I would for sure swap is the manalith for an unstable obelisk as you put in hedron archive taking out unstable obelisk. I think me including it (manalith) in the original list was probably an oversight and a better card at the time would have been Orazca Relic. Other than that, I like your swaps and you had good justifications for why you took cards out and put them into the maybe board. As with any deck you'll learn to "flavor" it to fit your meta!
I just want say I really appreciate that this is an actual budget commander deck, I'm trying to put my own ayara commander deck together and I will definitely be putting these cards in it
I just made a "Witch's Brew" deck featuring Ayara. Love the simplicity and quick pace of your videos. I had many of these in my deck already, but a few I hadn't considered. Love a budget deck tech! Thanks for the content!
Awesome, I made a witch's brew deck for standard way back when Bogbrew Witch was in standard. No, matter what changes I made that deck was terrible :) hahaha The current witch's brew decks with cauldron familiar and witch's oven are quite a bit better than the festering newt and bubbling cauldron deck I was attempting! Glad you were able to find a few cards you liked out of this one.
Haha, thanks DJ Purser. Lavinia is super rude... I'll definitely add her to the docket. Might be awhile but I'll get to it. I'm constantly trying to improve my content so constructive criticism is greatly appreciated. Cheers!
Ayara is quickly becoming one of my favorite commanders. A couple suggestions on the Budget side: Skirsdag High Priest is sitting at around .25, it's 1B for a 1/2 with morbid, tap it and two other creatures for a 5/5 black demon with flying(if something died, which is no issue in this style deck). Bog Witch for anyone focusing on the graveyard side.... 2B 1/1 that lets you pay B and tap to discard a card and add BBB. 2 more sitting at about $1 a piece: Bloodsoaked Champion - B for a 2/1 with Raid (1B return it to the battlefield from your grave if you attacked this turn). Priest of Gix - 2B for 2/1 on ETB add BBB so it pays for itself, and since it's ETB you can potentially have a recurring mana source.
Hey Adam Van Hoozer, Manalith is definitely a weak rock but I would definitely use a rock in this slot, arcane signet or charcoal diamond are good substitutions as they come down on turn two. A few other options that are solid would be commander's sphere, worn powerstone, pristine talisman or one that I have discovered I like more recently is orazca relic. We already have 41 lands in this deck so I wouldn't add another swamp but there a some better options that I should have used over manalith for sure, good eye!

It's an EXCELLENT video thank you very much for the recommendations !!! New subscriber !!
Awesome, thanks! Glad you got some ideas out of it. Ayara has been my favorite commander out of Throne of Eldraine!
@@BudgetCommander1 she is great and she is also my favorite commander. Thanks for the video.

That build is pretty fire bro

New sets provide:
Cling to Dust: card draw
Gray Merchant of Asphodel: drain
Nightmare Shepherd: recurrence
Pharika's Libation: Enchantment removal
Woe Strider: sacrifice outlet
Nice, great ideas Piotr Kusztelak!
I do not understand the use of manalith, why not just put another swamp in and not pay 3 mana for 1 mana....
