I created two months ago an Ayara deck and... I have more results that all my previous decks. It's a fun deck to play and I found fun to create it beforehand. Your video is great :) But, according to your deck list in video description, I think there is some cards you should add or replace. First of all, you don"t have any card to look at opponents' hand... So, there is a high risk than someone counter Plague of Vermin. That's why I put Mind Slash, Corpse Traders and Entomber Exarch (the last one can also resurrect a creature in the graveyard) Second, still in though that Plague of Vermin can be countered, I added Torment of Hailfire, which is an absolute card in this deck. If it doesn't kill your opponents, it can be very hard for them to recover. Third, one way to be sure that your opponent cannot gain life is to use Erebos, God of the Dead. Moreover, you can use Erebos to draw cards. Then, you don't have cards to deal with enchantment or artifact, which can be annoying. The only card I found which can be in this deck is Meteor Golem. As this deck has some graveyard card, let's use it. One creature card I find missing in your deck is Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet. You exile your opponents' creatures and you create 2/2 black zombis tokens each time. Good to harass your opponent and to have more tokens. A missing artifact card missing is Panharmonicon. Each time a creature arrives in your battlefield, if it triggers an ability, this ability triggers twice. So, each time Ayara or a black creature comes, each opponents loses 2 lifes and you gain 2 lifes. Finally, in lands, I think two "must have" lands in this deck are missing : - the first one is Vesuva. It comes as a copy of land already in battlefield. In the worst case scenario, it will be a land. At the best part, it can be an another Cabal Coffers - the second one is Thespian's Stage. Generic mana is always useful... until you use the ability of Thespian's Stage. It can become (in the best scenario) an another Cabal Coffers.
A classic combo that could be rather sweet is Gravecrawler, Phyrexian Altar, any zombie, and any combo piece like Ayara, First of Locthwain or Blood Artist. This combo is a tad bit janky, however it's still rather effective. :)
@@OnreleTehMusicPlayer Yes it does count as it's part of color identity. If it didn't, Wizards would have reprinted the extort cards without the parentheses.
@@usernameunidentified9943 I know this is a month old, but you are wrong. "903.4b Reminder text is ignored when determining a card’s color identity. See rule 207.2." "A special case is the hybrid {W/B} mana symbol on creatures with the Extort ability. It is considered part of the reminder text, not part of the rules text, so it doesn't determine color identity." Therefore, Cryptghast is just black, not black/white. Source: mtg.gamepedia.com/Color_identity
I run Panharmonicon to double all of Ayara’s triggers. Works pretty well.
Nice deck tech! Some easy inclusions to supplement cards already in it for infinite potential are Oathsworn Vampire and Grave Crawler.
I haven’t seen anyone use Oathsworn vampire in a deck before. Great advice.

Nice video and good deck tech! This was my favourite card from TOE :)

Love this deck I already have a deck similar but this looks like more fun
Damn, no love for Ghoulcaller Gisa? Nice deck tech, regardless.
I like helm of the host with ayara
Very nice, how about Army of the Damned?
I believe I have it in the deck list. Just forgot to mention it with plague of vermin.
Thks
Do a top ten EDH Temur please
Seems like this needs westvale abbey.
No Contamination? Seems almost a crime not to take it in a mono black token deck lol
also a good way to lose friends haha
@@poilu146 Oh, I don't play commander to make friends lol :)
@@bowler9785 haha for me it depends who i play against

Crypt Ghast's identity is BW as it has a white symbol in the text so you can't use it in a mono black deck...
Username Unidentified the hybrid BW is in parentheses, so it doesn’t count. Extort is just an ability implying you pay hybrid WB
@@OnreleTehMusicPlayer Yes it does count as it's part of color identity. If it didn't, Wizards would have reprinted the extort cards without the parentheses.
Username Unidentified look it up, the rules committee made a decision that it does not count in commander, just looked it up myself
@@OnreleTehMusicPlayer I looked it up, it says they do in fact count in commander.
