    Hi Abel good day! I have a doubt. U have mentioned that we are not supposed to do the above shoulder workout every week. I like this workout, if we are doing that on shoulder day will that be an issue. Awaiting for your response :) :)

    could you post some cardio with weights? , not the treadmill,swimming,hiking sorts . May be some body wt stuff and with weights as a substitute for conventional cardio, which exercise to chose and rep and rest duration etc? thanks

      This was great, thanks, I have been researching "six pack in a day" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Elliecan Shreddify Pack - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

    i have a question : I have a big belly , not because of fats accumulation but because bowels bloating and flatus , could practicing abs exercises be helpful in my case ? If it is beneficial at what rate should I be practicing
    Or could it be possibely harmful or threatening ? ( Given the bowels condition )

      sure, abs are different muscle group. You could do it with back if you wanted to work opposing muscle groups (low back and abs are opposing). I have a really good ab routine on my channel, if you want to check it out!

    Come on man, i can't be doing lying down cable leg raises at the gym. It's hard enough getting one available side on the cable crossovers.
