I'm 55 years old and started to workout again since November. Been seeing some results having loss 17 pounds. I seem to have plateaued but seeing your videos, it has inspired me to try your incredibly challenging workouts. Was 195 pounds and now 178 pounds. Would like to lose another 10-15 pounds. I know I can do it.
Keep in mind everyone he says this is for advanced lifters...So if you have not been working out for awhile I would not attempt this many sets. (like he also says in the video). Other than that it's a great workout! especially if you hitting plateaus in your physique.
I gotta say his form is pretty much PERFECT !.. I don't think I've seen perfect form in forever --- I mean bad form and people who don't know what they do at the gym is what keeps me in business as a Physiotherapist..

Or you could just bench, shoulder press, and do weighted dips. On different days of course. Do some cable flys and pushups after your workout for a good burnout if you want more.

Include about 2gr/kg of protein in your meals per day (for example, if you weigh 70kgs, you have to eat 140 grams of protein.) Your meals have to include more than normal portion of fat and carbohydrates, which has a lot of calories. And for example, if you normally eat 3000 calories a day, try to eat 3500-3800 calories. You wont gain fat if you exercise high volume bc of fat burning. Try to also do cardio many times a week. You are going to gain pure muscle weight.
