Sorry to be so offtopic but does someone know of a trick to log back into an instagram account?? I stupidly lost my account password. I love any help you can give me
videos like these are what we should be seeing in our anatomyn class's in high school. the way they try to educate us is ridiculous, i learn so much more when they link it to something interesting like bodybuilding.
+mrroo96 I bet if they take a survey, ppl would be more interested to learn anatomy this way, most boys do like bodybuilding, and well, girls can take a peek at a man build like the guy in the video for scientific reasons!! I guess it would only suck for lesbians and for gay men it would be a soft porn :D
What a detailed explanation of every single aspect involved in chest muscle building. This is a super informative, very precise and extremely efficient presentation. Great job!!
Excellent video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried - Chireetler Fitness Brethren Rule (search on google)? It is an awesome exclusive product for learning some amazing body building workouts without the headache. Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cooworker finally got cool success with it.
I hate when guys wanna look like body builders for attraction just to be clear girls don't like body builders body so most body builders do it for themselfs
scoPE finally someone who knows something, I’ve literally asked a shit load of women most of them say they want a fit guy not a big bulky bodybuilding looking guy. It’s intimidating to a lot of people and doesn’t look good to them
I gotta say this whole built by science series is really well done. The presenter is good , using a real life model is good and the visuals for the different muscles are accurate and clear. Often with anatomy charts you don't get a clear visualization of muscles that overlap or are on top of each other, but this was well done.
This is exactly how it should be explained! I honestly learned a lot of stuff by watching this videos....great work! MIND,MUSCLE,MASTERPIECE....👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
It's a good thing I research these type of exercise for proper form otherwise I would be having shoulder and back problems. And also practicing the movement that benefits the area I'm focusing the best.
A good coach doesnt mean he loves the sport and train by himself. Looks most olympics trainers. Everyone has different goal, some like to help others, some like to achieve
+Magnus M Very true, Im a personal trainer and all my clients do weights while i train on gymnastic still rings. Everyone has different goals and you should know how to cater to their goals without having your own biased views.
Outstanding series. Thank you for putting these together. Would probably like to have seen more exercises in the practical section. eg Flat dumbell, decline dumbell - or are these not as effective as the inline for building mass? How about pullovers etc.
AKLd95 Once you hit the PhD, it's really hard to have time to work out. Most of time, they are busy investigate and read articles... and probably, lecturing as well.
***** he looks average for a scholar, he may not be muscular but neither is he fat nor skinny. Just because he enjoys learning anatomy and physiology doesn't mean he wants to be a body builder himself. Meanwhile most gym regulars I came across have minimal understanding of musculoskeletal anatomy, they just follow workout plans from online sources or their PTs.
***** I think your eyes are misleading you. You have to be able to see even if his clothes are covering him . To me,the trainer appears to be in very good shape actually. I think he must look good in shorts at the beach. I personally find the guy training a little too big. But I think he has a purpose in training and so his training is surely more intense because of that. He is not a regular guy just training to be in shape (or is he? ..maybe ).... Anyway, to look healthy and firm with muscle definitions, you don't have to be so big to look good. Maybe it is a question of taste though.
He is training so right, i am a runway male model, and i only start training with underhand wide grip of pulldown/pullup, and for chest always incline bench, never bench press first. This is how u build your body by science and hit the most amount of muscle wisely. Its better than those who hit gym for year. And also make it really slow and mind control that muscle group to engage withthe joint movements.
btw i have seen so many vids that i have phd in every piece of crap all over YT.. but this guy alltogether with Jeff from AthleanX.. best vids so far i've found..
There are still soooo much things to unravel this info in the video is a rough base for you to build the stairs on but yeah most of the time basics play a big role
"Good ahead and relax boss" highlight of the video
haha yea. the pro cracked up.
d pro vs d geek
"What are you working on today bro?"
Me: ima go work on my seratus bro

They should make a series like this about nutrition, how calories, proteins and such work with the body to build muscle.
The funny thing I realized is that because of how important that is and how difficult that is to grasp they rather you pay for that info lol
@@MalikMaximus I hope 8 years later you know it’s not difficult to build muscle. Eat workout eat eat workout
Remember to sleep

+nick robes well not every one is interested in bodybuilding. Why should the educational program cater exclusively to you lol

I do so much appreciate the detailed presentation. My anatomy classes were decades ago. Very quickly you brought me up to speed again.

Awesome video!! spent 15minutes of my dad to see some lanky man tell me that I have to do flys, incline and flat bench!!! I wouldn't have thought that
love it!!!!!!
I love how Craig is standing there like when you custom your character at a videogame

+Magnus M Why underhand pulldown?
+mike dikie thats because of proportion. a standard proportion for modeling, and also that hit up more muscle in your back.
Mark Spark you got problem? So? I was answering him, none of your business.
wanna more ;) great video !
That pushup at 12:03 was unbelievably fast
