Man I lost at Sabbath, that was so incredibly good. Ozzy's wail of "OH NOOO" absolutely chilled me, combined with the wall of sound that are Tony, Bill and Geezer.
oh and I also want to say, since there was Within Temptation, I got chills with Ice Queen, but she's a great singer regardless
I was good until Love You to Death by Type O Negative. That's my absolute favorite band, and I had never wept over the loss of a musician or any other celebrity until the day Pete died. Kurt Cobain brought me close to tears, but I woke up to the news about Pete and laid there in bed, sobbing, for the better part of an hour before I called into work and used a sick day. I can't believe it's almost been 10 years now. I got chills the second I heard his voice in this video.
The 14th of April, 2010 is the day my idol, my hero, died. I was just over a year clean from drugs and alcohol, his sobriety being one of the things that made it easier for me to stay clean, and then he was gone.

Type o is also still my favorite band. I was 9 ( 1993) when I first heard their music at my cousins place. Not understanding a single word back then ( im dutch) but loving the sound of it. So when I got my first cd player ( that sounds old) at 10, bloody kisses came with it. And even today, i still get chills listening to their music. Hell, peter just has to sigh and I get chills.
type o is my second favorite band (next to oingo boingo) and at the time i was really young when peter died but i get upset over it

Metallica's Sanitarium would've gotten me; my first rock concert was Metallica when I was like 14. It was the tour they did after Load, but they played all older stuff with the exception of ending the show with Fuel to give us a taste of reload. They played sanitarium and I was in absolute awe at the intro.

Kacper Garbiec Absolutely, Blackwater Park is my favourite Opeth album too. Haunted atmosphere, Mikael's growls, and you can clearly hear the Wilson production. But when it comes to emotional songs and sad feelings, Damnation is my choice.
I3uro96 Yeah damnation is quite the album however it is a little too repetative for my taste. Don't get me wrong i really like damnation, just not as much as blackwater park or even Ghost reveries. Also, just so you know, im actually quite new to Opeth. I got into them just a couple of months ago and so far i bought 3 of their albums (Blackwater park, ghost reveries and sorceress).

I imagine this moment in heaven when they are playing Voice Of The Soul and Randy plays the first part, which suits his style the most and then Chuck carries on with the acoustic bridge and the second part and then Dimebag plays that incredible crescendo at the end of the album version, because that part suits his style the most.

Haven't heard most of these songs and I didn't even get past the first damn one. Usually the chills can be attributed to some emotional connection or memory you have tied to the song, but I've never heard these so for them to give me chills is a testament to how good it is.
