Couple accuses surrogacy company scammed them out of thousands

A Sacramento County couple, along with hundreds of families across the country, is claiming a Texas business owner scammed them out of money after they signed up for a surrogacy program.

Shouldn't be buying babies. There's so many children that need to be adopted and yet these people are doing this. This is not right.
