I love all your RUclips lessons ♥️
They are helpful
Thanks for sharing that, happy to help!
Your lessons have taught me so much dude I appreciate you taking the time to help us.
That was exactly what i needed right now. Thanks bernth an the guitar community im writing stuff for my new band an that could not have come at a better time😉😁👍🤙🤘
This is such a badass riff. Thank you! I love your music. This is my project for the next two weeks
Glad Bernth showed up on my news feed on Facebook a while back. I ended up buying the shredding and sweep picking courses and love them. Great stuff!
Thanks a lot for sharing that, very happy to hear that the courses are helping! :)
@1:35 I got to stop the video to thank you right away, because I have watched probably hundreds of different guitar tutorial videos on RUclips and elsewhere. And from all the different "guitar teachers" in the videos you are the first person to edit in which frets/strings you are putting pressure on with your fingers. So many times a video will demonstrate a riff by having the guitar player just show the hand position on the fretboard. This way makes it clear which fingers are being used and which frets are to be avoided.
Absolutely love the way you think
you’re awesome dude these videos are really helpful
Wow man this lesson was super helpful in spicing up simple power cords!! Wow thanks so much!! Keep up the great work!!!
BERNTH great lesson! Love watching and learning from you!! Thank You!
Amazing lesson as always 🤘🏻love from INDIA 🇮🇳
You'll hit a million subs one day with such quality content....all the best man!
You were right
Dude that riff was so badass
That was all very, very cool! Thanks for your time and knowledge.
Who did ur tattoo sleeve on your right arm?!? Omg it’s amazing!!!!!
Amazing class Bernth! Thanks a lot.
Thank you for what you do bernth. Your explanations and subject matter are far better than the others out there. This is what I wanted to know. Not "use palm mutes to write metal riffs"
cool concept! Could you do a video on how to skip the Keynote in such a progression? For example, if that here shown Riff is your main riff and you want a second part that is based on A or B just to give the song more color. How would you do this and also have a way to go back to the former Key?
I just break tree fingers trying to play this but as soon as I take off my cast I'll try again, thanks for the lesson!
Awesome sounding riff !! Thanks for the info !!
Thanks Mike, hope you can use this for your own music :)
Happy Thursday
Man, i love how your guitar and ink almost seem to match. Love the riffs. Two questions, if you have the time. 1. I have an injury to my fret hand which makes using the pinky almost impossible. It hinders my ability to do alot of interesting chords but mostly the lead game suffers. The second, say a G5 power chord dor example. It would be 3E 5th on A and 5th on D.
What is it called if you did 3rd on E and A then 5th on D and G. To me it emulates drop tuning, sounds thicker but the brightness brought into by using the g string offsets the muddiness and brings clarity. What would that formation be called. Thank you so much for reading and any wisdom you can share.
The 1st thing was a statement there was no question there and in relation to the 2nd thing, the actual question, if you play 3rd fret on E and A strings and 5th fret on D and G strings the notes are G, C, G(octave), C(octave) and that's just a C power chord but also with an octave of the same power chord. A good thing to do would be to learn basic theory and how notes relate in the making of chords etc. Also this is an almost year old comment so maybe you already know all this by now. Peace.
your really a great teacher. that Ibanez is sweet!
Love from India my friend. Your technique has been super helpful. Btw I love your Ibanez, what guitar is that?

Pretty nice tips. Thank u
cool lesson, cool guitar playing, and cool guitar sir
Love and support form Nepal
Awesome material. I trust in Birnth. What about a Black Metal video?
Interesting video bro 👍
the huge problem with writing riffs like that for me is making drums for that
Well, I tend write drums the same way as I write guitar. Do something really basic and first change it where it rubs against the underlying riff, than add accents that double or compliment the riff. And than there should be at least something acceptable at the end of the progress. :D
Writing drums for something like this is pure pleasure
Really you're the best guitar teacher on youtube
Just subscribed . Love from Kolkata.🖤
You can definitely just skip to @1:14 to get straight to it.
Amazing inspirering
That's dope!
I love this guys name.
Dude you're so cool \m/
Hi Bernnth can you compose an Indian classic and metal fusion .
I believe you will make it an unique music on that.
Periphery.
Love that riff. Why there is no mixing tutorial by you?
Thank you! I'll leave that to the experts 🙂🤘🏻
Hope Cuestack makes more music
Thank you bro I'm from India

I can not pay by card on Patreon, the Card selection not show form to fill payment! Please help!
Greetings and good day:
I have a few questions before I sign up, which I am very much considering
1) What’s the difference between doing this 10 week class and become a patreon on your patreon page?
2) If I take your 10 week course, why would I need to become a patreon on top of that?
3) Do you offer the Guitar Pro tabs as downloads? I notice the tabs look like Guitar Pro 7.5 or something similar. But it looks like GP 7.5.
4) I did hear you mention “Lifetime” and I could come back and review or access anything for ever. But, but…..am I allowed to download and save everything? What happens if the Internet fails to exists in 5 years? Well, I guess that would have to fall under “lifetime”. LOL
5) What’s the difference between 10 Steps to Modern Shredding is a 10 week online course and the Sweep Picking Masterclass is a 10 week online course?
ok that was pretty cool
Hello. Forgive me, I'm learning here. If I were to write a similar progression in E phrygian and I wanted to play the 9th like you are, would it be an F note instead?
I need advice, when i try to write i cant seem to get away from one spot on the guitar
Hey Bernth, when I try to pick chromatic scales faster than what I'm comfortable with, my left hand makes a hammer on sound right before I pick the note. It is like a few milliseconds before the picking, but I can definitely hear it. Do you think it is because my hands are not synchronised, or if I fret the notes too fast/hard and that's the problem? Thanks!
You are not properly muting, never practice faster than you can play perfectly, otherwise you are strengthening a weakness. The string should be muted by the picking hand when you initially press it, then unmute when pick, you may also be holding fingers too far off the fretboard, thus will result in more string noise when you get and will limit your speeds . :)
Love from India Bro🇳🇪🇳🇪🇳🇪🇳🇪
Greetings to India! :)
Cool ibanez .. what models your ibanez i want buy 1 😁
Und so sprach er zu den Menschen ... "Das Riff muss über allem stehen!" ...
Tuning?
Really helpful
Happy to help Jeff, thanks for watching!
I thought you were missing parts of your fingers from the thumbnail.
Sir
What’s the tuning?
Always standard tuning for the lessons 🙂
I'm so iron maiden 🔥
The riff you did was dope! 🔥 More content on how to write more interesting riffs! 🥺
Sounds bitchin! 🤘
It sounds like 2000s emo song ♥️
More like metalcore song
💖🎸
Subrb from India
He spends so much time spending editing tabs
It's the Nando Moura's guitar
I get frustrated everytime I watch your videos 🤣
Top!!
Coloca legenda em Português 👍
Da pra por legenda pelo RUclips msm mano
More easy for you to learn English than to him to translate 130 language's
anyone else think he sounds like brackeys
This is the missing link that turns boring circle of fifths progressions into interesting metal riffs.
but....besides everything my tone sucks
