It have been a month and some days of the separate, divorce process, and many times I feel angry at me, I'm a Empath, yet because of the marriage that last only 16 month, that only the first 2 where ok. And all along I knew, but keep praying, hoping, and taking in, on June 15 , 2024 was the day that his attack where final, I don't have to take this type of demon abuse, is not in the Bible at all, and God condem that evil behaviors, to the point that is a cause for divorce, infidelity is not only on the flesh, and people need to get a grip on that. Infidelity is abuse, selfishness, ego, etc. infidelity is not walking theirs words and promises. Words hurts more than a punch ! Stop giving the benefits of the drought, stop hoping, stop giving in to what's not going to change, and start making your plan for your way out, start looking in the mirror and take care that person in front of it. Andrew you are awesome, if it wouldn't be for you, I still be in this demonic relationship. God bless.. Namaste

@@NARCDAILYYouAreNotAlone (got emotional writing) I really do not understand why there's no law that actually protect us, because authorities the only abuse they see is the physical, that enables much more the narcissist to keep on doing what they do. There's no legal support for us, they can go to a therapist and put on one of their mask and here nothing happens and they are free to keep hurting people as they wish. Also there's public awareness no even what narcissist is. Wish there be a public label to place on these people, like they do with sexual offenders, but like other laws is not done because it violated the individual.

I'm beginning to realise that it was HIM and the way he behaved that others didn't like, therefore I'm guilty by association. Get rid of the narc. IT NEVER ENDS HAPPILY. (20 Years. I am about 6 months out on my brutal discard. This video couldn't have come at a better moment, as they all do, Andrew. Never, ever in a million years did I think I would get hoovered, but... it happened. Although he is blocked on everything, and has not shown any interest or tried to reach out, he showed up at my home to return a cup of mine that he had. The universe is amazing, in that I happened to go outside at the exact moment he was walking up to the door to leave it. I'm sure he was going to leave it and run, as he looked terrified to see me. He couldn't look me in the eyes, and I really saw the lack of any Soul, personality, or light in this person. I smiled, acted happy and asked how he was doing. He said he was tired because he was up all night. I bet, anyway, getting hoovered does mess with your head space, as I found myself ruminating and thinking I missed what wasn't there. Watching this is reiterating all of the beautiful things that are actually happening in my life now that he is gone. Thank you, Andrew❤

How my narcissist ex friend moved out of my house
    1. Disconnected my propane furnace. Left it on the floor.
    2. Disconnected my hot water heater and refused to put it back leaving me with no water system.
    3. Smeared my name to all my friends and ruined my relationships
    4. Let a pet pee all over the house.

Not this time. I’ve seen the light. He Hoovered like he always does - testing the bait to see if I’ll bite. He doesn’t have me to regulate himself despite having 3-4 other sources of supply or more who knows. I can see him now lying next to supply #2 while typing me “don’t be mad at me” on his phone in the dark just as he did when I was the one lying next to him.

The Con side of the list WILL be much longer than the Pro side, read it and re-read it daily to remind you who you are REALLY dealing with - maybe include a third column headed 'Narcissistic Traits' and compare with your list of Cons, again just to convince you and make doubly sure who you are dealing with. This exercise is a wake up call, it's hard to deny the facts afterwards. 🐼

@ISnoitcelfeR, I can relate to you completely and my heart goes out to you. I tried to keep the lines of communication open but I was discarded like a soiled dyper/ nappy.
I went for a serious operation and during my recovery something lured me to look at FB which was quite strange as being in a bad place, I came off FB for years to protect my piece of mind being in bad and lonely place and discarded by my ex, my Adult children and my own siblings, and then Bang‼️ I looked at my son's profile to see that he had gotten married, just days after I sent him a birthday message and we exchanged a very brief WhatsApp message. All I wanted to do was speak to my dear dad having no-one to turned to, but he had sadly passed away only a few months prior. I felt sick to the pit of my stomach.
I love listening to Andrew's wise words. I can relate and being reminded is just what I need to hear.
God bless you. We will survive 👍🏻xx

Hello Andrew and everyone. I left him over 12 yrs ago, and believe me, i will never forget the Future Faking and Gaslighting. They were the worst things to me. Trying to get me to believe I'm going crazy, and an engagement ring as a ploy to marry him. HAH! These things you never forget. If you were Hospitalized, that's easy to remember. I'm at peace now, but I will NEVER forget. How could anyone forget that they were used? You can't!

I met him 14 years ago in a long term facility we worked at.
Then my grand daughter was diagnosed with leukemia. I took a leave from work and took care of her sister while she was fighting cancer. I had one highschooler at home then too.
The guy moved in during this tine. He was low key but not buying groceries.
After the good news that my grand daughter was healthy again (yay), her family got back to their routine with her sister that I was caring for.
This is when the guy slipped and fell on my icy stairs (this is a maintenance person for our place of employment), to me he should have been keeping an eye on that but instead, he falls takes a month off from work. This set the scene for the rest of the relationship. It was more and more about him, about his likes and dislikes. My highschool daughter graduated and within that year, moved out on her own.
The guy thought he should have some time living with his son, in MY APARTMENT. I agreed to a few months and I was good about it in spite of this kid eating all the groceries, leaving a mess and having his friends doing drugs in my bathroom. The last straw was this kid showing up, beaten and drunk yelling at me about how bad his parents are to him.
    I snapped.
Told the guy to get his son out, told him to get out.
He couldn't believe me, until I was moving my furniture out the door, then he took his shit back home to his mother. That's where his son moved too.
I moved in with my ailing aging parents, and worked at that facility- I'm a health care aide.
I helped them both and loved them dearly.
I still had the narc buzzing around but not living with me (he lives a block away). This summer I tried a month of no contact with him and I felt strangely good. Like your videos mention, I was getting myself back.
My dad got sick, I let the narc back and regretted it.
Oct. 10th my dad passed away .
The narc said 'it will get easier each day' (the next day of my dad's passing).
I know what he means, he wants all this grief to stop and the attention to start being put back on him. He was bringing over his favourite things, like sneaking to move in with me.
I had an anxiety attack one night and stopped his plans. I don't want to have his agenda and bad moods in my life! I don't want him draining my resources and making me feel bad. I can imagine him riding out 6 months with me and then acting worse, then expecting half of everything I have. ENOUGH!!
Thanks to your videos, Andrew, I am keeping on track and getting stronger. There will be no 'hoover' this time, it's really over.

We are soooo happy She is now 18 we have a loving supportive and healthy relationship She knows the truth and I never have to worrie that she will be minupliated she can stand up for herself. Which is the best thing in life I could have participated in giving her. She had to take it herself. And she did I'm so proud of her.

I have for a long time struggled to identify whom is which type of associated individual. I agree that eventually everyone reveals themselves- showing their true colors. The most important tool that you have introduced for the recognition of the distinction between the two is their past and present behavior. In my experience, if the present behavior mimics the past behavior, it is adios!!

The narc is all about emotional manipulation. Before you answer a hoover or love bomb, pause, listen first to any of Andrew’s videos and consider the truth there in. Reconsider before answering, using FACTS and NOT emotions. My hope for you is that you invest in yourself rather than responding to the narc. Use your gift of life wisely…make it count. I’m still working on myself.
God bless you, heal you and give you His peace. ✝️🙏🏻🕊️❤️☀️🦋❤️🌎

Hello Love 💕 Thank you for the great wisdom & for educating us & Thank you for the great encouragement, motivation & inspiration. You are the best. You have helped me so much & others in this group . I have had a few sleepless nights but I am inhaling & exhaling . I am in control of myself . I will control my thoughts & emotions . Being an empath takes me to think of these narcs & it makes me feel so sad for them then it takes me into a deeper dark place . So I just have to remember that they are demon possessed & are harmful . So I pray to God for them & others on their path. Yes , I’m still losing my hair but I watch your videos & they take me to focus mentally . To take care of myself. To exercise. Set goals . Eat healthy . Meditate. 😅😢😊It breaks those chains . Praise God . Yes writing that list is great advice . I’m thankful that they are cut from me. Thank God. Thank you ❤Take care Be safe

Keeping a journal is THE BEST tool you can have. Note the nasty comments, instances, disappointments, their true character to remind you of the toxicity. He came into my dreams, in one he was dead, the other he had his back to me. Namste. Stay strong ❤

I used to see him with his other supply cheating on me in my dreams. Several times. My intuition was revealing the truth!

I was given a new phone number of my soon to be ex. My friend told me I was being naive not realising he’s moved on. She didn’t know he was messaging me, telling me he loved me, wanted me back, big mistake leaving etc…I finally phoned the new number after a few glasses of wine. He answered laughing saying hey, who’s this. Music playing in the background ( clubbing music) laughing, yelling..a party going on. Thing is I’d just texted on his old number and apparently he was home, sad, diabetes bad, lost, upset….married 30 years, he’s 70 and in a club in Benidorm…I’m shocked, that I am shocked. I’ve always thought of my husband as a victim, a vulnerable narcissist if you will. Though I’ve followed Andrew from the beginning I decided my husband was a bit different, accidentally narcissistic….I get it now. They do want to tear you down. I’m in UK nursing my dying mum and he still wants to tear me down. These people maybe victims of their childhood but boy do they make victims of others in their adulthood

Thank you for these great reminders of how life with the narcissist was for me for over 20 years, Andrew. It is mind boggling how the narcissist would do what they do to a person they supposedly professed to love although I realize and accept it was all true. I don't have any confusion in my mind about who the narcissist really was/is deep down. Glad to be divorced for almost 9 years and healing. Namaste. 🙏 ❤️

I see 2 thumbs down........perhaps 2 narcissist views of this video.
This incredible knowledge has for me both freed me ......given my appreciation for myself , my life.
I have had the amazing opportunity to help a freind in a narc relationship with some of my ever growing knowledge and put her in touch with this channel.
    I so value this deeply.

It actually was that bad and worse. It’s hard to believe what we put up with but when you understand trauma bonding, it starts to make sense.
So true, we do need reminders because when you think you’ve seen and heard it all, they pull something else out of their hat.
I left my narcissistic ex Darc (David Charles Pardoe) then got stung by my sister who I never knew was a narcissist. Her mask fell right in front of me, honestly the hate that spilled out of her.
Education is key. Another great video Andrew.

Glad I can see it, gaslighting that is. People triangle others in when in conflict with me... another choice tactic.
