Hahaha! I so miss that music. I've got Scotch-Irish ancestry and I just loved it. But so many people told me to lose the music, it was overwhelming. So I got rid of it. I’m 68 years young, started IF, I about 12-14 hours a day, my hours are from my sleeping hours till noon the next day, I’ve lost about 6lbs. since I started, I only eat lunch and dinner, then a snack 3 hours before bed. I’m also a type 2 diabetic, desperately want of my meds, is this healthy way for a senior diabetic woman.

If you're asking whether I only eat sweets on Sunday, as in, do I refuse cake on Monday, the answer to that is no. I just eat it as part of my one meal.
If you are having lots of cravings try drinking more coffee and water. Also, eliminate more carbs during your eating window. Sugar and carbs can make you crave more food.
I simply watch the scale. If it's moving in the right direction, I figure I've got it right. But I don't count calories. I just eat my one meal a day, and I eat however much I want at it (I eat until I'm good and full!)

I eat whatever I want in the eating window. I don't limit carbs or calories. I eat pretty high carb, actually.
