This is about the Thirty Years' War in Europe from 1618-1648. Sabaton actually did 2 versions of this song: this one (in Swedish) tells a story about the war from the viewpoint of a Swedish soldier. The other version (in English) tells about the war from a more general point of view.

Nice reaction, I was at this show (sitting somewhere in the middle of the platform to the left from this view of the stage)
Just before this clip started Joakim said no one carries around a lighter anymore but you all have phones, right? So turn on your light for this one. Then at the start of the video, he said totally wonderful, my friends, let's sing together en livstid i krig.
They had sold out the arena so we were around 10 766 metalheads in the arena that night (going by facts online and in the newspaper after the show)

Loved your reaction to this great live concert. It is so wonderful to hear over 10,000 people sing along with this song. Please play more Sabaton, I call it "History Metal" because that's what Sabaton sings about, history so we won't forget what has happened. May I recommend "Christmas Truce" or "1916" for your next reaction. Welcome to the Sabaton Army!

you where fairly close in the pronunciation, good enough to be understood by most Swedish people trying even slightly.
very good reaction, I gave a list in an earlier Sabaton reaction of yours. and as you are finding out Sabaton can really play on both instruments and audiences emotions
