Massive thanks to the bro who suggested this video! Don't hesitate to let me know if you have any Sabaton song you'd like to see on this channel, I already have a nice to-review list but I'll try to do it as soon as I can. Cheers!

they have so many :D Poltava, 40:1, Bismarck... they also have a history channel where they tell more about and around the songs. the guitar player Tommy Johansson also has his own band called Majestica and he also has his own channel where he releases a cover every friday :)

@@ToonStory-fh4gn There are alot of Sabaton videos that is interesting... but way to few that people watch.... Red Baron, Night witches, Fields of Verdun, The attack of the dead men and Bismark is probably the most highly watched once, and also a few that have animated videos... some of them atleast :P The songs with Animated videos do seem to give alot of views.... Another one is the coop with Amaranth, 82th all the way.... a really nice one to view

Sabaton makes you feel great pride and sadness for those fallen soldiers, whether they were part of your own countries' history or not. They honor the Fallen.

Excellent reaction to one of Sabaton's most soul wrenching songs. They captured the hopelessness of the common soldier while also honoring his commitment to defend his homeland.

Not to shit on that soldier's plight or anything, (he certainly had no choice in the matter) but the Swedish soldiers fighting in the thirty year's war were absolutely not defending their homeland. :P They were out pillaging in Europe to bring wealth home to Sweden and expand our borders, under the guise of religion.

Come on! The best pronunciation I heard from a non Swedish person.
But it was not all Swedish soldiers that took part in this 30-year long war. A lot of mercenaries from all Europe, most Germans actually fought for Sweden.

Nice reaction, you were not that far off on the pronunciation of en livstid i krig.
I was at this show (sitting somewhere in the middle of the platform to the left from this view of the stage)
Just before this clip started Joakim said no one carries around a lighter anymore but you all have phones, right? So turn on your lights for this one then when the video begins he said totally wonderful, my friends, let's sing together en livstid i krig.
They had sold out the arena so we were 10 766 metalheads in the arena that night (going by facts online and in the newspaper after the show) and needless to say, it was one hell of a show.

Fantastic reaction as always. One of the real strong points of Sabaton is that they have some way to connect to all sides. There are so many songs with deeply different perspectives. One exemple that I really like is the combination of the songs "Attero Dominatus" and "Hearts of Iron". Both is about the Battle of Berlin but the first is from the perspective of the Soviet side and the second is from the German perspective. A tip is to watch the Sabaton History episodes back to back. Indy and the team does them so well.

Chapeau! May I suggest a Song which is very differrent from most Sabaton Songs? Because its a Ballad! "The Ballad of Bull" Brings us to the less known horrors of WWII in the Pacific, and the story of a Man who did things, other countries would have granted him a heroe's welcome. But he got nothing, but a kick in his back when he returned home...

And yes I think this song kind of same if you heard a french band play Fields of Verdun and sing it is frensh. It is sometimg special when it is about you own in your own language. I dont want to sound like an nationalist but that feeling of the harsh times the ansestors did pas that is an very emotional theme special if in your own language!
