I wonder if this was rushed onto the market to be ahead of the auction of The One. Strange timing that this is released for sale just days before the auction. If I was Nile Niami I would be sh*tting bricks right now because this looks like a better home. Is the furniture included? The furniture is as stunning as the house.
Not comparable to The One. The One is a one of a kind house, unable to be replicated or overdone, anywhere near the same area. Home's are status symbol for many rich people, and The One takes the cake for that.

This house is 30k sqft while The One is something completely ridiculous like 120k or something. This home is ridiculously overpriced and shouldn't be anywhere close to One in pricing. I expect it to sell for $70-80M if it's lucky.

I’d really like to see the home in this video but I cannot get past the distraction of all of the jump cuts, pans, zooms, and spins. I just want to see and appreciate all of the details from the designers, engineers, architects, accents, furnishings, and staging - not a full cinematic production. The greatness of filming should enhance the content - not dominate the showing. At least in my opinion anyway.
