It appears to have been designed in sketchup by an intern in less than a day. There is not a single architectural detail in the house that wasn't on a basic spec house checklist. All low ceilings in living spaces, only 1 vertical space at the entry and the steel punched screens are left over from a parking garage. It's advertised as 50,000 SF. Where is that space? All underground? What is the point of buying this house at $150M that has nothing to offer?

Crappie way of showing this house. Only showing glimpses of it and then foing a 2 minute areal view. Enes Yilzamar is the only one that knows how to show a house of this caliber.
