This estate is really something very special to me. Because i love nice cars, the garage with the marble floors and the rotating direction exist platform with TV"s. For me i really really love that in a home. But i love all this views and the bedroom as well.

I agree with you. I don't think it's worth no 85 million. I believe they jacked up the price because of the 23000 sq ft and the 90210 zip. Regardless, that property is gonna sit on the market for a while LOL.
Yardidol yea, nobody buys a house for the asking price especially when they try and add up factors for the cost and dont see where the moneys gone... There are plenty of amazing places on the market that are a fraction of the cost so i dont see how anybody in their right mind could pay that much unless they were in an auction. One of my personal favourites is the Razor Residence - construction costs (allegedly) 34mil, first on sale for 45mil, sold for 14.9mil. Just goes to show
