1253sqm of tiling? Thats 13500sqft of tiles. You are better off buying in Canada. That will nearly fill a 20ft container. Make sure you buy porcelain, absolutely NOT ceramic.

(House 1) The person that bought this property for $12.4 Million got a great deal. If this were a car, it would be considered fully loaded. Nice home!
It could be worth a lot more. This is only the estimate according to Zillow and it changes every time.

Thank you. Pretty good for the most part. All the homes in South East Florida are made of cinderblock, not wood. Flooding can be an issue though.

The 1st house feels more like an art installation than anything you'd feel comfortable living in. Like a display piece of what's possible for some show, but it's 300% overdone. Tone it down a bit and it could be very cool.

It could be higher but that's the estimate on Zillow. I could see it going for $20-25 million.
i would pay the full price if it included everything plus the cars😝

The furniture in this video for the 1st house was perfect. The new realtor lady went in and changed alot of aspects to this place and it is not my taste anymore. Even the red monkey outside was removed. Smh, a shame cause I wanted to buy it with the furniture that is in this video. A disappointment indeed. Nice filming and capture of the place though however you guys did!

The only house that comes close to being OK is the last one, as it’s more toned down.

The whole point of a feature in a home, is the contrast to its surroundings.
I’m all for having something to draw your attention but when you make the whole home from material/art that is best used for a feature it looks tacky
It reminds me of when someone takes a classy Patek and covers it in after market diamonds, ruining the look completely
