I just replaced mine with Fords 525x Motorcraft and all 4 need it to be gaped to .32 they where way closer than that, i work at autoparts store and always tell my customers to double check since the same plug can be used for different applications with different gaps

I changed the spark plugs on my 2012 ford fiesta. I noticed that the thread stops almost halfway for the 4 spark plugs, this is also the case for the old ones. These are all motorcraft parts. is that normal?

Wait. How do you know where to wrench the sparkplug so it’s down to 11 footpounds? Did you use some kind of socket wrench with a special sensor???

Didn’t look like that was torqued to 11 foot pounds when you hand two hands on the ratchet loosening it. 😂
