My ELCB TRIP SOME TIMES .MAY BE ONCE IN A WEEK OR ONCE IN A while.at normal condition without any special load. Only Fridge and Deep freezer working.and normal fan and lights working. ELCB trip sometimes morning ,night etc. When switch on ELCB back no tripping. How to judge where earth leakage

Hi, Earth line to Neutral is showing 56v in multimeter and tester is also lighting up... Phase to earth is showing only 155v and phase to neutral is 219v... does it mean a faulty or unsafe earthing?
