- Im in about £600 following the goodies i got at the bike show..... Shouldn't have gone!! I've been adding some carbon film to various parts of the bike and i fitted some Zeta Handguards. Also, some footage of a blast with a mate's 2011 Speed Triple

I've just ordered my MT i can't freaking wait! that exhaust sounds awesome on the videos so i hope in the flesh it sounds nice... quite like the carbon, didn't think i would but it works. Glad you mentioned the bit about the speed. I rode one and really liked it to be honest. Then i got on the MT....end of, wallet empty.
Sounds 10 times better in the flesh!!! Good luck with your new bike too, much, much better than the Speed Triple ;)
Nice videos, mate! I was planning to buy a MT-07 but after your videos, I decided to go ahead with MT-09. With Akrapovic full system of course. ;)

HA! Thanks dude! Its a real hoot! I was concerned about it not being lairy enough as i was really after another V twin (990 Super Duke), but its definitely nuts enough to be enjoyable at all speeds!

nice update mate, Shark raw looks a nice helmet but open face scares me!
Thanks!! I wasn't sure about the open face either but i'll give it a go. My difficulty is finding a helmet to go with both bikes (because I'm vein haha) as they are so different, but the Raw kinda works with both. Also, i use a DOT rated Daytona open face helmet in the drifter, so this is much safer lol

Thats true, the bike does make a fair amount of noise! SW-Motech make some nice guards but i really like the look of these Zeta ones! They'd look pretty good on the KTM. If thats what your getting the guards for??
yep for Miss KTM, to replace the rather large plastic ones that come standard... zeta do some quality stuff like drain plugs too

Where are you going to put the mic on the RAW? isn't the 'mouthpiece' kinda separate and clamped to the goggles? I know Premises187 uses a RAW so it must be possible but I can't see how it's done. When you get it, show us how you've mic'd up your helmet please.
Im not sure about the mic yet actually!! Hadn't thought about it when i bought it haha, so i'll see what i can do !!
I'm sure Premises will help if you ask. He has some uploads in which he's yapping whilst wearing the Raw. I keep thinking about getting one too but it's the mic issue that's stopped me.

Which vest did you go for in the end mate? I'd looked at the Motoair - looks like a good price on it, but would be good to hear if yours is a better choice.
I went for the point 2 ProAir . I was going to get the Motoair, but this looked a better design for me. I've never tried the Motoair on. www.point-two.co.uk/index.php/products/proair-detail
Oh and the reason was, they were selling at the show for £250.

haha! I dont 'hate' the triumph, but it definitely wasn't for me :) You MUST ride the MT too, you never know , you might turn to the dark side mwahahahaha !

Definitely A for Attack!! The airbag vest has a lanyard attached to the bike, so when you come away from the bike the cord pulls and sets off the airbag…….I'll remember not to wear it near you lot !! :) Definitely up for a burn this weekend. I'll 'tweet' you !
