A good speech with a lot of well thought out ideas, though I am not entirely sympathetic with everything he has to say. I think that this is good work overall, despite whatever criticisms I may have of it.

i bet Bill's well aware of him, he just got named checked in the London based 'Observer' - James Naughton's 'The Networker' column. He ploughs a lonely trough in a way, funny with it.
