We're rewatching this right now - I just heard you say to deseed the jalapeno. I've never done that. We usually put jalapenos in our spaghetti and these meatballs are gonna top it off perfectly. TRUTH, my wife used to say my food was too hot - 11 years later, she lets me know if there's not enough 'KICK'.! Jalapenos with the black stripe (vein) running down the side are hotter.
