Yes. 4 to 6 or more people! Never for one or two people. And if 5 or 6 people shared this? They will need to repair what they did eating this everyday for at least two weeks. For me. I am speaking about just MY opinion ( which I understand is not important to most) it would not be worth the days ( if I did not suffer GI problems at all) the effort and eating 400 calories a day for the next two weeks
