Blew my whole family away with this thank you!! If you're looking at recipes and are wondering which one to follow definitely go for this, you won't regret it :)
I have been making mexican recipes from a long time. Today i tried this recipe and i must say never has my chicken tasted this delicious . The detailed instructions induced awesome flavors. My family totally loved it. Thank you so much and best wishes.
Get some friends, organize a bridge / backgammon / poker evening and serve them up half way through the evening's play with perhaps a glass of port. Admittedly, I'm very middle class, have lots of friends and love showing off my skills. It's no good eating kebab takeaways with cheap, fizzy lager on your own.
Just found this channel and I love how you care about not wasting! I have seen so many US cooking shows where they throw away great portion of food just cause its not meeting the standard...
I have never enjoyed a youtube video let alone a cooking video as much as I do yours. Your voice is soothing and the recipes are so detailed and concise, pretty easy and ingredients that are easy to find. Impressed
Oh my word, these were just sensational. Just finished my fajitas and although there was much prepping to be done it was so worth it. That homemade guacamole was so tasty with a great smell. Thanks for this Chef.
I love your videos because you also mention useful information like how long it can last in the fridge, freezer, also knife cutting techniques and ingredients options too! Subbed
I followed the recipe exactly but rolled them like burritos instead. It was unbelievable, so tasty! I only marinated the chicken and veg for 20mins cos we were hungry :)
I really appreciate that i'm not wasting 20 minutes to learn how to butter a slice of bread like some of the youtube chefs love to do to us. Right to the point!
Clicked because of the thumbnail. Stayed because of the clear, simple 'no bs' instructions/video example. Subscribed because I want to learn more and your youtube channel to grow
Delicious recipe. I'm afraid I'd rather cook first the chicken and then the vegetales because they have more liquid. Thanks for sharing 👍🏼 Salutations from Spain 💃
That avocado salsa you made, makes an awesome dip. I have a similar recipe, you add all the incredients you had, but you add a little red capsicum to it, some sour cream from memory and anchovies....... It's awesome!
I normally dont give feedbacks, but bro..... your knife skills are impressive, I am a professional knife maker and I used to teach knife use in the biggest chef school of south america, you are the real deal! all those youtube chefs have pathetic skills and dull knives, plus you talk in a nice easy and calm way.
I am waiting for my new chopping board to come to me, I am also in talks about getting a custom board made for me, which will be awesome! This knife is my go to for everything. It's such a fantastic knife. Glad you enjoyed the video.

I just happened upon this video and the fajitas looked very good. I made this tonight for dinner. Delicious! The chicken was tender and so full of flavor. Thank you for sharing your recipe!
Well, I'm Mexican and both fajitas and guacamole look nice. Just a few things, those steps are just what people need to 'open' an avocado without slicing through their hands, nice Chef; and guacamole doesn't really need the zest of the lemon to prevent the avocado from going brown, either the heart or bone of the avocado in the guacamole or the lemon juice will prevent it, that's one mexican tip 😉😋
I’m pretty sure research has shown that putting in the pit of an avocado doesn’t prevent it from browning, but lemon/lime juice will. But wrapping it on the surface of the avocado and keeping it refrigerated will prevent browning.
Oh man, I was like your 456th subscriber and now you are almost reaching 50k. Amazing job man. Another great video as well. I foresee an entirely new kitchen as you get more successful. However, your equipment is on point. Can't wait to see a video on that.
It's so crazy how fast this has all happened. I never would've guessed this would happen! I love the community that this has become. You guys are awesome. I hope to be in a new kitchen soon.
been making these for many years and i use all the methods you do and waste nothing, i often make a stock from the offcuts and i sometimes throw offcut veg like onions on my bbq charcoal for added smoke flavour. nice to see someone that has the same skills. waste nothing great video. just how we should all cook, NO WASTE, i absolutely love coriander.
Great video! Will be attempting this recipe this weekend! Quick question; do you have a video out or would you share some insight on what type of knife and qualities you look for in one?
Please do! I am in the progress of making a whole series on this type of stuff but, i'm happy to help you out. When looking for a knife, you want to hold it, touch it and feel it. The number one thing to look for in my opinion is the handle, it has to be comfortable in your hand. The weight is also important, you don't want it to be too heavy but also not too light. The knives I use are made out of Damascus steel. This is a blend of steels forged together to make a durable, sharp blade. Any knife has the potential to be razor sharp if you look after them and hone them on a steel before each use (which i am making a video about). Id suggest buying a cheap knife with a handle you like, use it for a while and see how you like it, before making a big investment into the professional (expensive knives). I hope this helps and i'm happy to answer more questions, if you have any!
Well done you. You cook like me. I would have thought that you had lived in Mexico by the way you made the guacamole until I heard you pronounce the word tortilla. It's pronounced torTEEya .. not torTILya but what's in a name? It looks fantastic. I also like that you use everything and don't waste. Btw, I live in the Netherlands (cooler weather) so throwing those bell pepper seeds into the garden unfortunately didn't produce fruit for me. 🌹
Made this several times, & always success. Today I also made tortillas, again great success. You should write book(s) with all your receipes. I'm sure they would be very popular.😊
Hi mate, just reporting in lol. 😂 You have me saving my skins of all vegs and I keep all seeds as well now, Another great dish you are doing it looks very nice as well. Can you please tell me recently I get some fish skeletons, boiled them up in pressure cooker and place a cup of wine Vegita spice salt and pepper made stock. How long will this last in fridge mate and what can I use it for. Any ideas mate. What I could Make. Thanks for sharing this video my friend God Bless and keep safe.
I apologise for the late reply! Thats awesome. Stocks are such an important ingredient in so many different dishes. The fish stock will last 4 to 5 days in your fridge. You can also freeze it for 6 months. You can use fish stock for a lot of different dishes like, chowder, stews, bisques, paella, risotto, mussels, poached fish, fish pies and many more. Let me know if you have any more questions about it, I'm happy to help!
My pleasure. I'm glad you enjoyed it. The reason i didn't use garlic in this recipe is that I used garlic powder in the spice mix. You're more than welcome to put garlic in this if you'd like.
My personal opinion I wouldn't add the tomatoes with the guacamole ( for future use of the guacamole ) other than that, I would trash that no problem. Trashing meaning a good thing, basically i would eat that in a heart beat lol
@Sara none at all only the way it's presented. If it wasn't inside a big tortilla and it was inside smaller tortillas, it would be fajita tacos. If it was on a plate, it would be a fajita platter, but nonetheless, they're still fajitas. This guy just wants to be edgy and show how much validation he's lacked his entire life.

Was it ok for the kids? Not too spicy?
@@jasonclegg6940 I avoided the chili so it wasn't spicy at all, I also avoided a lot of cumin as I find it very strong.
Thanks. I'll do 2 batches. 1 with and 1 without. Much appreciated.
