- Incredibly quick breakfast ready in 5 minutes! 2 easy and delicious tortilla recipes! The combination of spinach, tomato and red pepper is really good. Tortilla wrap recipes. Crispy outside with delicious filling. These are two of my favorite easy tortilla recipes. 1-st tortilla recipe with egg, spinach, tomato and two types of cheese. 2-nd tortilla recipe with bacon and red pepper, lots of vegetables and cheese! Better than tacos and quesadillas!
Crispy tortilla with mozzarella cheese :: Tortilla with egg and bacon
Step-by-step recipe:
Grate 100 g mozzarella cheese.
Finely chop 30 g of green onion.
Cut the tomato into thin slices.
Diameter of my frying pan is 23 cm.
Make the diameter of the tortilla that corresponds to the size of your pan.
Crack 2 eggs.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper to taste.
Add onion to eggs and stir.
Put a piece of butter in the pan.
Pour the eggs and cover with a tortilla.
Fry over low heat.
Spread the mozzarella cheese on half of the tortilla.
Place the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
Add spinach leaves and 2 slices of sandwich cheese.
Fold the tortilla and press down.
Add some butter.
Flip time to time until golden brown.
2-nd version of the tortilla.
Cut some red pepper into thin slices.
Cut 40 g of bacon.
Finely chop the parsley.
Add parsley, salt and pepper to the eggs to taste, mix everything.
Add 2 slices of sandwich cheese.
Put bacon on cheese.
Add spinach leaves and red pepper.
Add mozzarella cheese and fold the both sides of tortilla.
Fry until golden brown.

Ingredients for 1-st version of the tortilla:
- tortilla
- 50 g of mozzarella cheese
- 20 g of green onion
- 1 tomato
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- pepper
- spinach leaves
- 2 slices of sandwich cheese

- tortilla
- 50 g of mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of bacon
- red pepper
- parsley
- salt and pepper

Génial comme recette, surtout pour celles qui en ont assez de passer beaucoup de temps dans la cuisine. Merci beaucoup. On peut remplacer le lardon par de la dinde fumée ou du thon ou de la viande hachée... rajouter des olives.... Votre recette donne des idées.🙏

Very good recipe, many people eat eggs in India I can replace tortilla with Indian flat bread paratha and can use any vegetarian fillings, this recipe is very versatile 👍👌

@@FastEasyRecipes 😃😃😃Hey! In terms of egg, I love Shakshuka, Turkish eggs, and my current favourite is this recipe. Apart from eggs, I love experimenting with rice as well. Spinach rice, lemon rice, etc. Also, I’m from India and we do have multiple cuisines and dishes in all parts of India, so every week I try a new recipe.

@@philop2843 Yes I think it would totally work, I plan to do that as well. I also make egg paratha in a similar way, where I put egg inside a roti(with a small slit), and put little ghee to roast it.

@@josenascimento9588 você é bastante observador. O que eu disse é que "a base" de diversas preparações saudáveis (um pouco trabalhosas) é fazê-la à "prestação"!! Exemplo: congele um suco de beterrabas e quando precisar fazer massas de panquecas, descongele este líquido para utilizar nesta massa. Ao invés do leite, especialmente se tens intolerância à lactose. Molho de tomates, faça 2 litros, congele em porções de 300ml e no momento de finalizar um macarrão, só levar a panela estes 300ml descongelar e finalizar. Isto é= a pré-preparação. Converse com o seu nutricionista personal diet sobre isto!! 🤓🙏

Why you didn’t use the white part of the onion?
We always used the white of the spring onion but I have noticed whenever I watch videos that they never do. I have wondered why, also.
You can use the onion to your taste, you can also caramelize it!
This does not mean anything, you can add any part of the onion to your liking.

Basically an egg omelet, I'd have to lose the tortillas being gluten free. I know they sell GF tortillas, they're ridiculous expensive.
