    植物牛油,有氫化物吧?不是含反式脂肪酸的吗?

      植物油,大部分由种籽压榨出来的,先以液体存在,若要把此等液化油变成固体,便要经过氢化的步骤,此过程令植物油脂成了反式脂肪酸。难道现在的植物牛油的制作方式已改变了吗?请赐教!

    你以上的食物方法,每天吃果仁,花生醬,蛋白營養奶粉,麥皮我都有試過,但都沒增磅啊

      個人經驗,唔做阻力運動點食都無用。做3個月阻力運動+蛋白質+瞓得好,就有數字上同肉眼睇到嘅效果。

      其實增重,就係你食既野多過生陳代謝就得,問題係你胃可唔可以負荷。
      而增肌,你唔運動唔做gym,食咩都生唔到,但一定要食得多。
      唔好以為身材好、有肌肉係好易,其實好大努力,所以點解現化人有肌肉代表健康、有規律同有錢。

      同埋做咗gym就自然好好好有胃口食嘢。我未做gym嗰時,食完午飯,到夜晚8點先肚餓。做咗gym,4點已經打鼓。食正常飯加額外蛋白質完全唔係問題~ 最緊要係真係會增磅又增肌
