      可參考加拿大標準, 凡是超過15%為高, 低於5%為低. 這原則可應用於不同的營養素.

    我知道罐頭的食物,如果經常吃,會有中毒的情況出現呀?😢
    但自己倒是讓自己偶爾才吃了!?😊
    自己有買罐裝磨菇,原來買大罐的,又或是細罐,它的味道不同呀?
    所以,在吃的時候,內裡的汁液,細罐的不要……,
    但大罐的,內裡的汁液,可以考慮了!?🎉😊
    也曾過選用罐頭豆,但偏咸了……,故此,不吃了?🎉

      浸泡罐頭魚的汁液/湯, 最好不要, 因為有機會有鹽和其他添加劑, 主要營養都在魚肉內, 所以不必要要湯

      罐頭沙甸魚提供鈣和奧米加三脂肪酸, 最緊要揀低鈉, 茄汁, 或無需減肥的話, 選橄欖油浸的也可以

    在現在的每天晚上視頻的周一到周五的,晚上8時半的那段時間,有專門針對,罐頭的作法呀?
    剛過去的周一到周三,廚師都示範著,如何與其他非未製成食物,而又配合了,開罐的罐頭,來了個美食大翻身了……?
    豆豉鯪魚必選佳品,在昨晚就成了,介紹的食物上饍了……!
    也提到蕃茄醬料,在這裡我們的地方,買不到優質的蕃茄,而節目中,有介紹了買罐裝的,蕃茄了的醬汁了!
    在看到了這個資訊後,也令自己去找找購買清單作計劃了!

    我今天在香港买了煙三文魚,100克装,营养标纤上的钠含量为1000mg, 50%. 请问这是代表那100克的三文魚内含1克的钠,占人体每天需要50%的钠吗?但我不会一次过吃去100克三文魚的,可能分三、四次吃,另外,如每天每人需钠的份量是否5-6克左右?那么包装上的钠1000mg 即1克,为何会是50%?是否我理解错了呢?请指正。谢谢!

      煙燻食物是很高鈉質的.
      要按你攝取的份量, 按比例計算鈉質量; 例如你一次吃50克, 你攝取的是500mg, 佔你全日25%的鈉質需要量.每人每日建議不攝取超過5-6克是鹽, 不是鈉. 鹽的40%才是鈉, 所以5克鹽大概是2000毫克.

      每種營養素的每日建議攝取量都不同, 用的單位都不同, 所以普羅大眾是很難知道的, 要對著一個Daily Value的表去比較才知道😣

      無確實建議罐頭過期多久不能吃, 但留意罐是否開始生锈, 是否有損壞, 有的話, 即使未過期都不能吃.

    謝謝分享,為了補充蛋白質,我會早餐選擇油浸沙甸魚和吞拿魚,但是擔心吞拿魚有水銀會危害健康,如果每星期只是攝取兩小罐(共200g)油浸吞拿魚,成人水銀攝取量是否仍可接受? 比較安全的油浸三文魚在香港較昂貴也不容易找到,而沙甸魚味道不是太喜歡,很難叫自己每星期進食。謝謝!

      吞拿魚之中, 罐頭Albacore tuna是風險略高的魚. 輪流吃不同種類的魚, 可以減低風險.

    I just can one serving per two days so I always find the canned foods have high sodium and sugar. Why. I am too poor. I can not afford to buy salt and sugar at all. Once I find foods I will eat right away. Why. I might not be able to find foods to eat at all. I am classified as nutritionally depleted patient. My body weight is too low than the average of adult. Please help me!!!

      基本罐头食品要清洗几遍的,有些新鲜食材即使放在冰箱除了冷冻外都不耐留的,在罐头内有纳之类成分的。

    Before 1980, I could only buy canned foods. Why. I could not be able to buy any foods at all. Now I can not buy any foods at all. Why. Canned foods and other foods are too expensive to me. The only foods I can get now is from the dumpsters because they are free to me. Info only. Have a nice day!

      不少國家已經禁咗包裝食品用氫化植物油,所以現時好多食品係無反式脂肪嘅;不過要視乎你身處甚麼國家。所以睇營養標籤揀係最安全嘅。

      @@nutritionmama 勿爲流量而害人,罐頭多化學成分。本人1997年因長期吃罐頭而肝硬化,後來注重飲食,不外出吃,多飲水,多吃蔬果,多步行,現74歲,身體健康還可以。
