It's not just about being a Chad, many attractive girls have other things they look for in a guy. The thing is with high value men, they may require a certain amount of refinement as all people do, but they generally don't need to be told how to be high value at their core. The real "grass fed" high value men start young with little to no instruction, whether they have rich parents or positive role models or not. In general, they think masculinity is cool, and their natural interests end up putting them on the path to success. They play sports, take business classes, work out, eat clean, make tons of friends - just because they think it's cool, not because they're some loser looking to change their luck with girls. Life rewards them with power, money, influence, women, everything- and some of them gain these things incidentally, not because of their intentions per se. That's what makes them high value- they get everything that other men want without contorting themselves into something that they're not. These types of men were born to win at life, because some people are made to rule and others are made to serve.
It begs the question, then- what is a high value woman? For the most part, she is simply the most attractive woman around. She must be physically beautiful, of course, but her appearances also include her reputation and tastes. So, she can't be seen as someone who sleeps around, or who has the hots for Joe Blow who works at the gas station, or who wears cheap t-shirts from Target, or who plays Magic the Gathering at comic shops, or who can't differentiate between natural high value men and men who are just putting up an elaborate high value act (see: "holding frame"). She can be smart, rich, interesting, but none of those things matter because they don't really add anything to a high value man's life that he doesn't already have. Once a man becomes high enough value, he doesn't even need to perform maintenance on his high value woman anymore. He can just have her off to the side, and he can even pursue other high value women if he wants, and his first high value woman will want him even more for it because she understands that life has given him an abundance of options, as mentioned in the video.
