Will be getting my first drz at the end of this year or early next year, are these exhausts readily available? I’ve seen that they were out of stock for a while then went back in stock, not sure if I should just go ahead and purchase now or just wait till I get the bike. I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot and they get discontinued, and I also don’t wanna make this type of purchase right now if I don’t need to. Thanks for your help!
My man that sounds off its head. Believe me thats a good thing. I'm planning on getting the same pipe for my dr650. Can you please tell me specifics of what pipe you got and anything else you did to your engine. I want mine to sound exactly like this. Beautiful bike bro
@@saint_play man it sounds way better now. Check this vid out. Details here. Including weight, pipe diameter, etc. ruclips.net/video/6Yn6pgnxNsU/видео.htmlsi=uqCvI2hfqfQv5I8X
holy shit they both sound incredible. I might go the Delkevic. I'm from Aus and I think they're Australian so I think it might be easier. I read something about 8inch shortened stainless is what you were running?
@@linksgarage1985appreciate the info. I dont think i can get the shortened version. I dont think the design of the Dr's would let it happem. I just hope it sound's as good as yours. Cause it sure as shit wont look as good hahah. Safe riding brother
Probably not. I just made a video where I measure head pipes on Delkevic vs stock vs barkers. Personally, I wouldn’t buy the Delkevic again. Head-pipe is same as OEM
@@linksgarage1985 I appreciate the insight. I also ordered a pair of the mzs levers. Got em installed, then I saw your video about the asv levers. Haha wish I saw that one first. But I’ll rock with the mzs ones for a month or so before I pick up the asv levers. Thanks for the badass content bro.
Have mine on the way, So I usually always take out the baffle because I prefer that extra loudness, but this exhaust kinda sounds bad without the baffle is it a noticeable difference in person?
... Baffling.. Simply BAFFLING? sounds better 'IN'! 🤔 Hey man, have you seen the 'skate board wheels', axle sliders? Installing them now on my Drz'. Pretty Kool and cheap, too. And, some actual protection.
Man that part where your boy came in reading that cards against humanity hand was too funny 🤣
For sure!
great family time Link!!!! ya baffle all the way. hope the weekend is starting out good brother and enjoy it
Same to you man!!!!!!!!
Sounds a lot better with the baffle in
Agree. That’s how I run it
Nice exhaust video with the back to back comparison. I dont think ive ever seen that but if i was to do an exhaust video thats how i would edit it
Thank you!
had to put my baffle back in. people hated riding with me lol
Yea. It’s loud
Baffle in sounds so good
Thanks man!
Agreed ,baffle in sounds slightly less raw and mechanically more precise .I am wondering if there would be any noticeable difference in performance .
I can’t notice any!
Baffle sounds good!
Agree!

Man, if it’s me. I’d get the bike first before ordering an exhaust. But it’s up to you! And I’m not sure on availability.
I’d say Baffle in. Any carb adjustments needed with it in?
Nope!

@ I was an 8inch yes. With the slash cut tip. Ran it with the baffle in. Sounded cleaner

Definitely better with the baffle, and where can I find the print file for the indcator cover ?
Currently unavailable.
@@linksgarage1985 I'd definitely buy one if get it down and sell them
That sure is a purdy DRZ. Are those wraps?
@@repetitivemotion thank you! graphics! Full install vid on the channel.
Thx for doing. Am I crazy or does it sound louder with the baffle in?
Sounds better. Not sure. I tried to keep camera in exact location. These were only taken about 10 mins apart
Better with baffle
Delkevic says no need for rejet, what are your thoughts?
Probably not. I just made a video where I measure head pipes on Delkevic vs stock vs barkers. Personally, I wouldn’t buy the Delkevic again. Head-pipe is same as OEM

@@bigboy_supermoto they were decent levers. They will serve you well. Appreciate you watching!
I have this installed on my 23’ and i feel its way to loud. Any insight on any other exhausts that doesnt blow your ear drums out? 😂
Barkers makes a good one. MRD, Yoshimura, etc. good luck.
Have you done any motor mods? Big bore kit?
Nope

@@bullsnation5420 glad to hear it man!
How did u get that colour on your bike, u put that on?
Yes!
Can you pack this muffler at all or can this type not be packed?
Not sure. But I’d say probably not packed.

Yea. I’ve seen those. Could be cool!
I say baffle in .
