any complaints after a year with them ?

Help! My 2022drz400sm was stolen they took the ignition out. And all they did was use a paper clip to start it. I had it sitting for awhile until I finally got interest to fix it up. I tried there method orange and red put a paper clip in it and it starts the bike The wires sparked were the paper clip was in at what happen?

Sounded beautiful! Just watching how snappy that throttle was got me stoked. Lol. May need to just pull the trigger on the lectron. Got hit by a car running a stop sign on mine a few months ago and bought it back from the insurance company and fixing it all up and doing the mods I've been wanting to do. What headlight is that? Looks so good and nice and bright! Mine got pretty scratched in the crash. Edit: Nvm! Found the headlight video. 😅🤣

Hey I pulled out my needle and I didn't have that tiny spring. Could it have flown off when I pulled the white thing out? Do I need that part? Or is there a chance I didn't have it to begin with

Ahh yep. The E model has been the one I've been eyeing. Seem to be like $130 when I check ebay. Need to keep a better eye out or see if my local dealer can order me one. Appreciate the great info and walk-through. Can't decide between the Lectron, FCR MX, or CVK40 carb myself. I know your FCR was being weird on the top end and the CVK seems to be like 90% of the FCR performance for like 80% less. That Lectron, though! 🤣

Hey, link! If you don't mind me asking, what were your out the box adjustments on your carb?

This is rather proof that you don't need to change your oil lol, 255k miles before it dies mean it did provide a nice longevity. This was probably conventional oil which means you could go further with an original full synthetic oil like over 300k miles or more.

Going to be picking up a DRZ in the next couple months. The only thing that I'm struggling with is either I buy a used 2021 DRZ from FB marketplace or buy a 2024 from the dealer. Are there any major differences between the 2021 DRZ & the 2024 DRZ?

Hey bud I just got my jet kit. I just have an exhaust right now. Should I do anything to the airbox or no? I've heard it can destroy your bottom end torque. It's so much info out there idk what to believe lol

Does it matter what gas-cap you have, .. with any of the different shut-off valves? The 'E' model is pretty much the old original model, right? The vacuum type needs a sealed Cap, or it wouldn't work?

Do you have the OEM part number? I’m pretty sure I found it but want to double check. I’m using the Pingel petcock for now because I wasn’t happy with the raptor one I had to install facing backwards with my Lectron Pro

I can see the advantage of this over the one you had, but is there an advantage of this over the factory vacuum operated one? Is it simply to eliminate the clutter of the stock system?

I just changed the break in oil on my new drz. I had some fuel in the oil. Didnt seem like alot but it was definitely in there. Should i worry about this?

did you change gearing or stock, all my buddies 450ls( honda ) won’t even come close to 97 stock gearing
