Thank you and youtube to let me know my laptop could install Ventura right now, I have the same laptop that run in Monertery for about a year, but in different country the SSD inside might be differnt. That would made the installation stop in some place. If anyone who follows this guide should make sure your SSD is on the suggest list.
p.s. I spend a lot of time doing research without any video installation guide like yours, hope this will help the others that have difficulty in understand those on web.

You have very close hardware to my laptop, as my laptop has i5 8265U, 8GB RAM, the same wifi card, 238GB Storage. my is a dell 5300 2 in 1, Yours is a lenovo thinkpad.
Excellent process to create dualboot, I have Windows with Linux, I'm going to try to do it with Mac, after I get it I'm going to clone the SSD so I don't have to do this huge work anymore.

Thanks a lot man. Been looking for the perfect EFI folder for my Asus z270m Plus, Skylake CPU and have faild in many ways. Last hackintosh i was able to make with some EFI found around google was ok till at point that all my usb ports 3.0 in PC was regonized only as 2.0 wich killed me till this day that i foud your tutorial with the right EFI folders which worked as a charm to me. No, this will completely use your whole disk, meaning Windows will not exist unless you create another partition via MiniTool Partition wizard, then install it on that, or you can use an external SSD
It may work but NVIDIA GPU Laptop/PCs have really bad support and have really low refresh rate for some reason and just breaks

That's really amazing to know that it's possible to install macOS on generic laptops. But I have a questions in my mind. My laptop has literally the same specifications that your laptop does. But isn't it gonna give less performance on games and apps compared to Windows 10/11? If yes, then it would just be us downgrading our laptops.
Nope. It’s rather smooth than windows but make enough research before installing it.

No, touch Id won’t work
Yes it would give less performance with regards to games. MacOS uses OpenGL as the rendering API, which is infinitely slower than DirectX, which Microsoft uses. If your intent is gaming please do not switch to MacOS
There are good reasons for a dual boot setup, for instance, if you want to write software for iOS/iPadOS, as using Xcode is almost mandatory , and it only runs on macOS (I say almost, because you could use Xamarin on Windows, but that comes with an additional set of hoops to jump).

Hi, after making the usb and formatting my ssd on the pc, it makes the installation. Then the screen shows some random writings. Now is stuck at black screen but still turned on. Is that normal? If no, what must I do?

Just wanting to check if I’m using the correct EFI. Currently running windows 11, is this process still going to work? I tried to get the exact chipset for my laptop and all I’m getting is Intel Integrated SoC as the set. Which EFI download do I use? Or can I just use the one you provided?
ik it's late but search up the gen of your processor. Mine for example is 6th gen so when you search that up the intel "code" name for that gen should pop up. Hope that helped : )

Can I skip the step of copying efi at the end of the video, or do I need to copy the efi folder at the beginning of the video to the folder containing the efi at the end of the video?

Everything was fine till 11:20 but after that it is showing error "*an error occurred preparing the software update open core*".

@@willsrockson hi, efi want to change permissions in security tab but there is no security tab so i cant copy paste the EFI files :(
@@AgentOfChaos-gt9rb I have the exact same problem.Any other folders or files in my PC has the "security tab" option in their "properties",only the EFI partition doesn't have it.I tried many ways found on the internet,but still failed to copy files into it.
Finally,I attached the USB to my Ubuntu,mount the EFI partition again,and then I could successfully delete files in it and paste new files in it.😂😂😂
Finally got the problem solved.
It boots fine. I can format the disks. Only when i want to install its says unsupported mac (i7 4510u i think 12 gbram and ssd ) any idea ? Thx in advance . Great tutorial!

@@sanjaysaikumar1799 Don't be misleading. It wont work with Ventura. GTX 1050 is limited to MacOS High Sierra due to the lack of Nvidia drivers on newer versions.

What EFI file do I need when I have mac installed? the one i've used for the USB? because can't see it in the desc
To see the one on your pen drive. You have to mount it. So after mounting the pendrive, just copy it’s EFI to your hard drives EFi partition. Now you can boot into your system without the need of your pendrive

@@fazesilvers4786 open it with as admin. Yeah the one you download. and make sure it's the perfect one for your CPU. mine is Kaby lake 8th gen. Yours might be different. Google your cpu's name to find its code name.

it's not supported, use 10th gen below, or using proxmox to emulate ventura

Okay so, in order to make sure I understand, this requires a complete wipe of the Windows OS in favor of macOS. Not creating a partitioned dual-boot system. Right?

I installed macOS Ventura by following your video but when I play any video or song then the audio doesn't play at all.
I tried to go to Sound settings also and there it says No Output Devices Found 😢

The first try with the Lenovo x240, 8gb ram, I gave up on it.
Then I try the lenovo T470, 32gb ram now able to install macos Ventura, but the keyboard and touchpad didn’t work, and found only 16gb ram (lost 1 slot)
Does the macOS automatically recieve updates? For example, when macOS 14 comes out in at month at WWDC23, will it automatically update to that like on a regular mac, or would I have to create a new USB?

My computer wont detect the USB, I am not sure if I am missing something in the BIOS. But I tried so many of these videos, the only time it did see the USB was some weird video that didnt use Balena Etcher. not sure if you can help but after I use balena fetcher to flash the ventura file, it says it succeeded. After that, my usb does not show up in file explorer nor explorer++, even after renaming the drive. I've tried 2 computers and both have the same problem..

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 1 with a Pentium Silver N6000 CPU. The Chipset information simply says "Intel SoC" (system on a chip). Not sure where I would find the EFI drivers for that. Any ideas?

When you install it.. it will remove windows from your Pc unless you want to dualboot… also your specs is okay.. Read more on hackintosh before installing it

Hello, so I tried doing this recently and everything went fine but then when it was midway through the installation an error popped up "Installation cannot proceed because the installer is damaged".

Download the dmg and do another bootable.. Also do not skip the check Balena Etcher does after flashing the drive
I didn't understand why did you replace EFI file with the same one? (After proper installation, you put some files, OCC etc. while doing that you also replaced EFI. If it's different EFI than the first one, then the link is not in description. Besides if it's 'My EFI' link then not compatible with my CPU. Where to find other?)
I included where to find yours in the video description. Perhaps, you need to know the code name of your Cpu so you don’t download something different
