I'm 21 weeks and I just had my anatomy scan ultrasound as well. They were concerned about my baby's nuchal translucency after my 12 week ultrasound and said I would have to do a fetal echocardiogram at 23 weeks. At my 20 week scan everything came back perfect and they said to do a 36 week ultrasound scan just to check everything before birth. I hope you get the same news that I did. Sending you and baby boy all the positive vibes from me and my baby girl.
My prayers go out to your little boy and you Sara. Thank you for sharing this personal part of your life. Your videos have helped me to consider IVF. You are a strong momma for your little boy!! 🙏🏼❤️
You are so courageous! I understand that these news can be hard to hear but trust on your little boy. He will be a fighter if you continue to believe on him. I will pray that you have good/better news in a few weeks
Sara, I had a pregnancy scare once. So I know what that feels like. Try not to borrow trouble. Either or both of those two potential problems could resolve themselves. Try to think positive and focus on the fact that he is doing fine and growing in your belly! 🥰
Sara, I was a huge fan of the B6 EZ Melts too! You might want to check your unisom meltaways though- they are a different drug than the tablets. At least that’s what I discovered when I was taking them for nausea. You look great, thanks for the update and hope you get good news!
You've come a long ways from your early days! From a barely bump to a big bump! I know what it's like to get sick from coughing hard (bronchitis). Not fun. Hoping these new issues with baby boy resolve in time but sending positive vibes your way. Best wishes moving forward!
Hope you feel better soon :)... Mr. Baby is looking cuuute, sending good vibes and hoping everything resolves itself 🤞🏼♥️... Also, you look adorable! B-E-A-Utiful 🤗 I'm going in for baseline ultrasound for round two of IUI today... 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Sending you healing vibes for this sinus infection! And sending love and prayers for the movement ❤️ I hope this all resolves and you can return to your original plan!!
That's amazing! I will be sending you positive energy that your baby keeps growing big and strong and you have no complications - a perfectly healthy pregnancy!
Oh Sara I'm so sorry to hear about your baby's heart. 😔 I'm praying that it heals and he is completely healthy!!! 🙏🙏🙏 I also hope that blood vessel moves to a safer place so you can have the birth you planned. 🙏🙏🙏 Your boy is adorable!!! 🥰 Thanks for sharing him with us and your story! I'm still so happy for you and so glad God has blessed you with this baby! 🙌🙌🙌 Take care!!! Sending lots of hugs and prayers! 🤗🤗🤗🙏🙏🙏
Hi Sara, Nothing but positive Vibes for you and your baby Boy 💞 hopefully the doctors were wrong like you said. Those baby pictures are Amazing! Take care and get better fast.
oh a vascular ring isn’t too bad. I had a cousin with it as a baby and he got surgery and everything’s good. The only thing with him is that they didn’t notice it until he was like 4 months olds. He would cough a lot during his feedings and some times refuse to eat so that’s when my aunt took him to the doctor and they examined his esophagus area and found that he had the ring.
Sara Maria! Your baby boy is TOOOO cute! He actually looks like you with his full lips - such a cutie! I am confident he is going to be fine. You know, I worked for pediatricians who believed that, today, we do too many diagnostic tests that rob mothers of enjoying the pregnancy fully. One of the docs I worked with (renowned internationally) firmly believed that most of the things you describe shouldn't even become an issue for the mother because most of the time they are not relevant in the end. So we scare mothers for weeks of their pregnancy only to tell them, "well! everything is normal!" I am confident you will get that news and my hope for you is that you're able to hold onto that belief and enjoy this time with your beautiful boy. Much love and strength to you. Sue
Oh I so so hope so! The OB I had to see a couple weeks ago said that there is only a 14% chance the vasa previa will move so fingers crossed he's wrong! More importantly, I hope they were wrong about the vascular ring. We will find out for sure at the echocardiogram...I really appreciate your uplifting comments, always, Sue
Sara Maria - you're welcome. I'm just sorry that you have to sit with this big question mark hanging over you for weeks, probably for nothing at all. Regardless, you're going to be an amazing mama and I can't wait to see how your pup reacts to your son! So many exciting moments ahead of you. And we all get to celebrate them with you.
@@susankindy5209 I know! I can’t wait for all those special moments. I’m already thinking about how much fun we will have together watching Disney movies and eventually going to Disney World together 😍 I love Disney 😂
We schedule the placental location (and therefore vessel location)scans at either 32 or 34 weeks. if it was moving, it would have by then. Most do by the way, finger crossed for you 🤞.its great that they caught this, so the best plan can be made either way to keep you both safe. Maybe start looking into something called 'gentle caesarean'. Not sure if it's a big thing in the US, but it helps mums regain some control where a section is needed. I've seen a few, and they really are lovely.
That’s great to hear! Gentle c-section sounds so cool! I will talk to my OB about it tomorrow and see if it’s something they would be willing to do if I do need one! Thank you Ciara 🥰🥰🥰

I love how this baby is so calm and relaxed after he is born 💙 I miss catching babies and supporting women in labour so much, I might just have to schedule a locum shift in the delivery unit after watching that video again ! 😂

Oh my gosh girl, please tell me you consulted your doctor before stopping the antibiotics. You can get one heck of an infection if it were something bacterial.
It definitely wasn't bacterial. If it were, I would've been feeling better after being on them 3-4 days. If you research sinus infections, you will see that almost all of them are viral. I started feeling better immediately after stopping the antibiotics. Also, as I stated in the video, 2 days in a row before I stopped them, I was violently throwing them up because my body was literally rejecting them. Thank you for your concerns though! I HATE antibiotics!
I really hope that the vascular ring thing won't be real♡There's some pros and cons nowadays with every little detail the doctors can pick up on the sonograms, when we were pregnant they could only see the basics, and before that nothing without sonograms. Sometimes all the little things they can pick up cause more stress for the mum. I was following someone elses journey, she also had the blood vessel problem, but it moved away before birth - hope everything will be Ok. Sorry about your sinus infection, but I think you must continue with your antibiotica course,it can prevent secondary infections, the doctors usually give antibiotica for a sinus infection,it won't endanger your baby. Glad your Covid test was negative♥Hope you will be better soon♥Take the antibiotics.
It’s a blessing and a curse all they can do these days isn’t it!? I’m so glad the other woman you are following had her blood vessel move ❤️🤞🏼 Hopefully I am just as lucky! I appreciate your opinion about the antibiotics! Unfortunately most sinus infections are viral and will not be cured by antibiotics but doctors prescribe them in case the infection is bacterial. If it is, the antibiotics should help within 3-4 days. Since I was not getting any better by then, I assume mine is viral but I did keep taking the antibiotics. Unfortunately I started vomiting violently after taking them on day 4 and 5 so I wasn’t even absorbing the medicine anyway. I must say after being off them 3 days now, I feel sooo much better ☺️☺️☺️ My body was clearly rejecting the antibiotics and I always listen to my body.
I found out yesterday I have vasa previa which I really didn’t know a whole lot about. I also did IVF so am wondering if this rare condition is caused by that. I’m on edge but just have to be extra careful now and am so thankful they found it by my MFM at my anatomy scan.
Ugh I’m so sorry you have this too but glad they found it! Yes it’s much much more common in IVF pregnancies - I believe it happens in 1 in 250 vs 1 in 2,500 in “normal” pregnancies. I hope yours moves ❤️
@@BoardroomtoBounceHouse Thank you for asking! The VP looks to be resolved now thankfully.
