I love your colors! I'm also a minimalist and love neutrals. I also agree with the minimal toys. Babies are interested in anything that moves and/or makes noises, so there are actually a lot of items in the house they can use to discover the world.

I'm saving up to have a baby I have a new job that I'm starting on the 14th and I'm saving up to open a crochet business on the side since my new job is part time, I'm 24 and saving up so when I'm 34 I can start the process of having a baby.

I would add a nice area rug in the nursery - otherwise everything is so organized, clutter free, and ready. Love the grey and smart thinking getting an extra nightstand -- babies do grow fast. And yes just a few toys is such a good idea.
I don’t do rugs because of Lilly! Hahaha! But I will put down blankets when we play on the floor don’t worry 😉
@@SaraMaria83 I hear you -- I have a cat and hesitated too for a few years but then I ended up getting a light-weight, easy-to-run upright hepa vacuum -- for those fur moments. The rugs keep the house a little warmer. I just love the "look" of area rugs.
@@citticat2 Lilly unfortunately thinks rugs are where she can go to the bathroom for some reason 🤦🏻♀️ so I only keep one rug by the patio door that is washable. I might get like a foam playmat thing but unfortunately, I can’t have a rug in the nursery or it would just become a place where Lilly has accidents 😂

Everything looks wonderful. I'm a big fan of the Lovevery play kits. My now almost 9 month old seems to pick up those toys the most.

We are a Dyper family and we never looked back! We had a premie as well and the NB/XS size of Dyper was too big for her unfortunately but Huggies has a decent smaller diaper called Huggies Special Delivery that we used until she was big enough for the Dyper brand. But they’re so soft and plushie. You’re going to love them! (We even use the Dyper pull ups for the older kids.)
Ahhh darn it! That’s what I was afraid of! I guess it’ll be ok for a little while to use another brand but I soooo wanted to use only Dyper 😭😭😭 Thank you for letting me know they are good though!!!

I had/have the Mamaroo swing for my son and he loved it. I could control it with my smartphone, pretty awesome. We are also a member of the Literati book club where you get new books and send back ones they grow out of to be given to other children. I love it, not sponsored, lol.

Whoa, That’s a lot of grey and white. I do like the art on the wall. I think you should add more color. More cheerful. It has a hospital or hotel vibe, not so much nursery. Maybe more art?

@@SaraMaria83 I wish I had that long, I still have my same old list but nothing is suiting him at all. I have until the 26th to come up with a name which can be changed but I don’t want to have to mess around with births deaths and marriages once he’s named 😔

@@SaraMaria83 it’s boys names, they’re so difficult. Every time I feel like I’m close to deciding someone in my family will hate it and say it’s awful 😑 makes me second guess my self. My 11 year old wants to call him Scout a character from a game he plays. I don’t mind it everyone else hates it.

@@SaraMaria83 we were moving 6 months after I brought my first son home and the top lifted out when I went to pack it. I was HORRIFIED. It never even occurred to me that I needed to clean it 🤢💀

I'm going to be a single mom by choice and I'm starting to purchase nursery furniture/items/clothes etc. Either adoption of a girl and boy babies or sperm donor. Just told my father about it so he's probably getting the hints it will happen soon. 😂

I really do want more children! Just not sure when or if I’ll be able to handle it but I hope so!
